M	Margaret McCormack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small convenience/pharmacy store is perfect for your everyday finds. With lots of great random and and items for less than you expected, it's worth stopping for. Great staff with big hearts goes further in the end.

I stopped in at Nolan’s hoping to fill a prescription I normally get out in Enderby, and I’ve done this before at any shoppers in town. At 2:09pm they got started; I had an appointment I needed to attend at 230pm. Now it’s 4:40pm and they still aren’t even close to getting to me yet. So having lots of time on my hands I figured I’d call my Pharmacy out in Enderby and they informed me they already sent a fax with required information. Because of work and my schedule I tend to do this about once or twice a week and it only ever takes shoppers 10-15 minutes tops, not to mention their pharmacy has half the amount of employees... Extremely unprofessional. If you can’t handle things in a timely fashion, just say so. Read your reviews sometimes 8/10 customers leave unhappy, empty handed never to return! I PROMISE THAT I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I hope some people take my advice and avoid this place altogether

L	Logan Saunders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their online portal for flu shots led to me booking an appointment a couple days ago. It was super busy in there like any pharmacy is during flu shot season. The staff seemed relaxed and friendly with all of their patients. All of the patients seemed fine too. I got injected with my shot and only bled a little. In the words of Ben Stiller in Dodgeball, "nobody makes me bleed my own blood. . .except the pharmacist." They also had a sufficient number of employees working. Lots of pharmacies tend to not have enough staff working during flu shot season, but they had enough staff to keep up the demand. It's a win-win for everybody. Less pressure for the employees and lower wait times for the customers.

Especially Ron or Rob was his name (I am not quite certain as I was all over the place with my emotions) he was so understandable and empathetic with my issue. I walked out the pharmacy with a smile on my face. I will always go back again, Thank You for making me so comfortable!
A	Alison Csanyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy department is amazing. They have helped me is so many ways. I have SEVERAL doctors prescribing to me. One doctor at the hospital found a problem with my heart meds and discontinued it. I tried to make an appointment with my GP but she was unavailable. Someone else in her office saw me an prescribed something totally unrelated. The pharmacist, met with me right away and suggested I go to urgent Care for a second opinion. Some days I think the pharmacy 8s better at giving advice than the doctors because they are truly looking at everything and working with all practitioners without ego. Thank Nolan's for always going the extra mile for your customers.
D	Dakota Reidford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been getting my prescriptions from Nolans for almost a year, but I've had to move from the area and switch pharmacies a few times, and I will always choose Nolans whenever I'm in Vernon. I am on an insurance plan for low income folks and had no idea my plan expired when I went to refill my prescription over the weekend, but the staff working that day went above and beyond to help me get my much needed daily medication. I have to go in monthly and I have never had an unpleasant experience. All staff are very professional, receptive, patient, kind, and understanding, and all of that helps me feel confident in my choice of pharmacy. To know my health and wellness is as important to them as it is to me, makes me want to stay with them no matter how far away I may live in the future! 10/10 will always reccomend Nolan's Pharmacy to anyone who asks!
