Best to double check any information or " facts" they tell you with an actual pharmacist or doctor, or go to a different supplier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the staff at Nightingale Medical Supply Store had complete disregard for my personal information. The employee in question divulged very private personal information to another client showing blatant disrespect and a complete lack of confidentiality. Your employee failed to safeguard the sensitive information with which they were entrusted.
2nd, Its pretty pathetic when one of your longest working staff members doesn't even have the knowledge to fit me with proper sized support stockings. Seriously! Good job my health wasn't dependent on something even more important at your store.
Thankfully we have another choice here in Vernon to buy at Southward Medical Supplies. Completely happy with their service, caring and properly fitting me with the correct size that I should have received over a year ago from your store.
Sad that I wasted over $200 at Nightengale for something that does me no good. Think carefully people for your own sake, time and money.
Amen for Southward Medical that gets it right every time!
