K	Kelsey Simons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone there for 2 babies (4 ultrasounds + 2 CD pickups) and I've found that I've gotten a mixed bag of service quality. 3/4 ultrasounds I had a pretty friendly tech however I've found front desk people have always been unfriendly, no smiling and often borderline rude. Also when I've had to call sometimes I've gotten very helpful and kind people but other times they have been uncompassionate and not understanding.
J	Jennifer Smennifer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! I will never go back. Staff were rushed, rude and unfriendly. I asked if I could have a photo of my baby and was told by the lady that she “didn’t have time”, even though I still had about 10 minutes left in my appointment and they had taken me in several minutes late as someone else had gone over their allotted time. She printed a picture of my baby’s skull from the front View and told me “it looked like a Halloween photo” and laughed. When I called back to ask if I could please have a print out of the view I had seen on the screen of the whole baby, I was told, “we are not here for your pleasure!” I had specifically asked for one nice photo as the first ultrasound (at 7 weeks) had been very blurry and not shown much. I wanted a photo to show my husband, who was not allowed to attend the ultrasound and I was not permitted to FaceTime him so that he could see the baby on the screen. Quite sad as this is our first baby and should have been a happy experience. I wish that the staff would have been more kind and caring. I would give zero stars.

The ultrasound technician was absolutely amazing and is so good at her job, she made my daughter feel very comfortable and made sure she explained what was happening!! Keep up the wonderful job all of you, your staff is amazing!! 5 stars from this happy mom!!
J	Judy Dufresne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a x-ray. Front staff was very helpful. They even got me in early for my appointment. Carla was the x-ray tech. She was very cheerful and plesant to work with. Nice to see someone in the medical field with such a positive outlook in these trying times
S	Sara Skoric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited and counting down the days to my first ultrasound for my first pregnancy. The front desk staff was rather rude and stand-offish to myself as well as my partner when he came in after me. I generally expect this from any front desk staff so I let it go. The most disappointing part was how cold and stand-offish the ultrasound tech was. It completely ruined mine and my partner's experience. From the moment I laid down, she didn't say anything at all and just said "no phones allowed" and then 10 minutes later told me to text him. She said a total of 5 words the entire time, and we had to ask how far along I was and if we could get a print out otherwise neither would have happened. I felt uncomfortable to be emotional at all and I felt rushed. I didn't even see the heartbeat. I understand this is their job, and they do many ultrasounds, but that doesn't excuse anything. If being compassionate and empathetic annoys you, you're in the wrong industry.
D	D. R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff assisted me for the ultrasound this afternoon is kind in a hurry and so unpatient. She cancelled my appointment and book next month again. She so rude and I felt unkindness the way she deals with me. Why not wait an hour just to full my bladder, instead of rebooking. I just took an early off from work to do this. This is a really bad day.

Very abrasive and borderline rude front desk experience, and rushed in the rooms. Really made my expecting wife very uncomfortable, and made me feel like I had little to no involvement with the whole process.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life, we came here for our 20 week ultrasound to find out the gender, and when I asked why children aren’t allowed to come see their sibling, Amber got all defensive and rude with me and hung up on me. So now I have a crying 3 year old wondering why the mean lady won’t let her see her sibling. Good on ya Amber your a real piece of work.
