★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find that sometimes the customer service is a bit abrasive and they don’t know much about their products in store. They haven’t made this experience easy for curb side pick ups. The steels location are more friendly and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience!! First visit and friendly staff. I had asked for a nose ring which they put aside and saved for me. There's a white female black hair who helped me pick up silver color for my hair. It was a rewarding experience for sure. Thank you.

I was there to pick up an order for my girlfriend and because my bank card did not have a tap option and would not tap through the window I could not pay and they would not accept cash I would avoid at all costs and go to other beauty supply stores that are much more reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why there's a lot of bad reviews, because in my experience, the manager there seemed so friendly and nice and helpful and they did know there products (the product they recommend me did it's job). Compared to the other store, where most of the girls look like girls from Hooters (I guess the manager there is a dude) and they were rude and didn't welcome me and were talking like they weren't working, and when I ask for help, they seemed annoyed. And yet, I see good reviews in that Sally supply store (I wonder why). Anyway, I like this store, the employees are amazing. I don't agree with the customers. Maybe the customers are rude to them, because they seemed really helpful and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was well stocked similar to all the other locations, so it was great going into this location. Got the hair products that I was looking for and even picked up a few items that I did not know I wanted until I saw it. Also like that prices are good.

I live 45mins away in the country & have very hard water which destroys any color I add & this location has a great shampoo/conditioner for well water/hard water ?
At a great price too!
Always great clearance too!
Thanks for helping me stay bright & shiny during the pandemic!
And no I do NOT WORK HERE.
