★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to this location in brampton since 2013 and I have to say I've always had a warm greeting as soon as I enter the doors. While shopping I'm always closely monitored in case I have any questions or need assistance. The girls here are very pleasant and knowledgeable on any questions or concerns I've had I'm regards to products and color. I've given melissa some tough color correction questions and she has always been able to help me on the spot. Because of the environment here I have spent more money every visit with no regrets. I do visit other locations but I usually only get what I go for that day.
Pam, melissa, and Sabrina are always my go to girls because of their positive attitude and I know I can trust everything they reccomend to me especially when trying new products. This industry can be tough but having people like these girls really brighten up my day!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, Staff is rude, store manager has to change, Bad experience. Many other professional hair stores are much better than cosmoprof. Staff is not at all friendly.

Everything is very well priced and super easy to find in store. Stock is great considering we’re going through Covid-19. So worth driving the half hour!

She took extra steps to communicate with her seniors staff to help me in this situation. Her best attitude towards helping customers make her super special!! Best working attitude?. I 100% recommend this location!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and very disrespectful. Didn’t welcome when I enter the store. Felt racism however, when a white lady came in she welcomed her nicely. I asked her if they have magic clipper blade. She refused that they don’t have it and i have to go to wahl to buy it. But when I went for check out I clearly seen the blade behind her on the stack. She don’t deserve to work here. Better COSMOS PROF hire someone better who treat everyone equally and nicely. !!!!!!!
