A	A B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 diff people were not able to help me. 1 told me a product was sold out which I later found fully stocked at the impulse cash section and the other couldn't help with a purple shampoo because she had dark hair and didn't know about blonde.

I was throughly impressed by her service, I'll definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you Amanda.

I stood in the store waiting for someone to acknowledge me and help me for half an hour. I had employees look in my direction and refuse to help me. I finally decided to walk up to an employee and she had no clue as to what she was doing. She suggested a foundation that was way to light for my complexion, which I didn't buy. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Restocked my favourite Charlotte Tilbury products and Tristan was very knowledgeable about the products. Tristan also gave me a couple suggestions about contour sticks that I will be trying out in the future. Thank-you Tristan for the phenomenal service. ?

I have graduated cosmetology & aesthetics school, I have 10+ years of customer service/sales experience as well as 5+ years of salon/make-up/skin care & aesthetics experience. I have always had great service here & thought this would be such a perfect opportunity for me. I had a great interview, was brought back for a second one, I was overjoyed! at the end of the second interview, I was told that they would call me in the next couple of days to let me know if I had gotten the job or not & I never heard back. As an honest, passionate, educated person looking for a job in their field, all I could ask for is a heads up so I don’t feel like I’m wasting my time. This job would’ve been absolutely perfect for me & now I have a negative experience attached to this location. It would have meant so much just to receive a call or an E-Mail to notify me that I didn’t get the job. Not to mention, I have applied here at-least 20 times & this is the first time I have ever been contacted for an interview. Very unfortunate experience.

He Lacks knowledge of products, doesn’t know what’s going on in the store and speaks to other employees poorly while communicating my requests. Sephora should ensure proper training to managers of product knowledge and workplace ethics and someone who actually has makeup skills and Knowledge.
