The customer service was on point. The young ladies who helped me find the right Aphogee product were very patient and understanding. Not to mention knowledgeable.
In addition stores that are clean bright and spacious are always easy places to shop in. These are all things I've found in this store.
I would definitely go back to this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Give line meanwhile two cashiers sitting behind the cash to the door talking in there language and not even helping to move the line quicker. The store looked and was a mess boxes everywhere, no staff to hello you. It is so ridiculous. Hate this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming to this beauty supply store for years now and have never been disappointed with the service I receive from the girls! With that being said, I was highly disgusted today when I was shopping and couldn’t help but hear some of the girls greet someone by the name of “Matthew” (I’m assuming he’s the owner or some type of superior) and he hardly acknowledged them. Totally RUDE! You guys would be nothing without black people! Your customers and staff should be treated with the upmost respect! Those girls are more than just your employees, they are HUMAN BEINGS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please hire people that know their stuff and can answer questions about black hair! Some of the staff are great, and others are just basically there to get paid and nothing else. Do better!
Also, the least you can do is greet your customers and have a positive attitude...it's simple, basic customer service anywhere.
