I went in yesterday looking for, foundation and color corrector under eyes. Theresa was so pleasant & helpful. She went above and beyond. At checkout, ended up we had the same birthday. She really personalized my experience. There's another young pretty blond girl yesterday too and she was super nice. It was very busy but they made time for me. No rush or rudeness. Very sweet and kind. Highly recommended. Trust me guys, I'm very picky when it comes to customer service.

k	kirti kalra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mac location i have ever been to. I bought a lipstick and a eyeliner on 20th august to gift to my sister she lives in Ottawa. And I gave to receipt to her just in case. I came back at home and check the lipstick it was totally broken. I went back to the store mentioning the problem the manager was there, she asked for the receipt i had no receipt but i told them that I am your in your club you can check my last purchase through my email. She checked she found i brought the lipstick and the eyeliner then she told me that the lipstick is not the one I purchased, also she mentioned that the lipstick mode i gave her to return was from 2019. That means Mac is selling expired products now??? Plus she was so rude she blamed me that i am giving the wrong lipstick to her which i never purchased. Whosoever is reading my comment i want senior management to reach out to me. Because i paid for the product which i never used and got blame instead. Worst manager service i have ever received. So much attitude.

S	Sadia A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best customer service I have ever received in a cosmetics store. I believe the sales associate's name is Rowida (apologies if I got it wrong). I did not expect to receive much help as it's the night before Black Friday and the store was busy. However, she was extremely helpful, down to earth, and the sweetest person I had the pleasure of interacting with. Besides me, she was running around helping a few others too, and all with a positive attitude. Give her a raise and bonus!!

The employee cane to us asked if we just walked in and asked us to leave as they do not want serve any more customers which was rude and strange as i had the product in my hand and only wanted to get it billed at least she should have had the courtesy to lock the door if they are closed. Ridiculous experience didn’t even want to give one star.
