★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm hoping someone at Sail reads their reviews as no one would listen to this issue at the store...
Firstly I like Sail and buy alot of their products, however today I had to return some boots, they had split, no big deal, I just wanted an exchange and this happens.
To get them exchanged I queued at customer services, after 15 minutes of queueing they agreed the boots should be exchanged, they then told me to go and get another pair. I explained there was a large slow moving queue to get into the shoes section of the shop and could they go and get a pair, or ask another member of staff to get them to save queueing as we had already queued? They said no we had to queue to get the new boots and then queue again for a third time at customer services when we had gone to get the exchange boots.
With our 6 year old son in tow and already now having spent 25 minutes trying to exchange the shops own defective product, we just wanted the exchange and to leave, but no its not possible, they want you to spend over an hour queuing in 3 different places to get a replacement. Come on Sail, which management Bible says treating your customers like this is good or even reasonable?
Update your procedures please Sail, especially when it's the products you are selling that have caused a problem.
It would be a review score of 1 if this had been my first experience of Sail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a store experience...great place to shop for fishing hunting hiking camping almost any outdoor sport and Sail has it. Take a friendly picture with the moose on the 2nd floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great store. And I'm glad there is one in my area, so I don't have to drive for over an hour to purchase my outdoors gear. The store is impeccable. Easy to find everything. The staff is absolutely top notch. They almost have everything, multiple brands, plenty of choice. I have never left the store without finding what I needed. With COVID, I've switched to online purchasing with pick-up at the Vaudreuil store. Seamless experience, and the staff has weathered COVID with the utmost professionalism. They are as welcoming and helpful as ever.

He couldn't have called someone upstairs to help a client ??
I am never setting foot in a Sail store again.
Checkout girl was rude as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls at the cash had a little attitude. Besides that all good and knowlesgeable sales people.
Asked cashier if it was possible to split the cost half credit and debit, threw calculator on desk with an exhale and even messed it up. Very unacceptable. You not happy to work stay home...sorry my advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable staff, was there to shop for a screen shelter. The individual was more interested in discouraging me from it (Single mom assembling it) and did not have any options to suggest me.
The website shows rigid sup's, I was ready to pick one up, but could only find annoying inflatable ones on the floor.
