We ordered through Uber Eats and after waiting two hours with hungry kids we got a notification that our food was out for delivery and seconds later a notification that our order was cancelled because it could not be fulfilled. We tried calling them and after the line ringing for a while we were disconnected. I guess they’re too good for our business now! For two years we supported this establishment during the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not going to lower my review score because I truly do enjoy eating here and and the experience, except for the latter today. The food was great! As usual, but our server seemed like she didn't want to be there and that we were a bother. I know people have other things going on in their lives and we can't always be sunshine and rainbows so I won't hold that against the server. My real complaint is that we had left our food in take-out containers on the table. We realized this as we were at our car. My wife ran back to grab them, as I was putting the kids into the car, but the containers were gone. I then went in to inquire what had happened to them. I spoke with our server. she apologized but we are still out more than half one meal (Captain Flame) and nearly a full Hotdog mac less 3-5 kid bites. Do you have in place a wait policy for patrons who forget thier food/orders? I have worked at some restaurants that have had at least a 10-15 minute wait before we would throw out the order.
Other than that the wait time was normal and the food was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere, the food is good there too but I found this is more of a bar scene. LOL the drink menu is incredibly impressive. You're looking for a nice place to go out for a drink and meet new people, tired of the same old drinks this place is where you should go! If you want to table there's a bit of a wait. We went on a Friday night the music had a very very strange as the night progressed it got more into the modern style music but what a great time we all had there. I also really much enjoyed the unique decor. Update apr2022 they are losing a point today for the Uber eats order they just delivered to me. Burger was cold and the fries freezing cold super skimpy portion. $62 for two burgers....

Last week through Google reviews the restaurant contacted me and said for me to email them so they could rectify the situation.
A public demonstration that they cared..
today I received an email back pretty much telling me that there's nothing I can do unless I go through Uber eats and demand a refund..
Publicly offering to rectify a situation and then privately not taking responsibility for it.. you just lost another star my friends..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being in lockdown for so long one of my go to burger places via Uber eats was Belle and La Boeuf and it was always amazing. This was no exception the burger was fantastic the food was great so why the mixed score? Coming here for a friend's birthday party on Sunday the service was very mixed. Our waitress was very nice and did help whenever there was issue, like one of the drinks that my partner thought he would like but was not, she had it replaced for him within minutes, but service felt very slow, it took almost 2 hours for the full order, mind you we were a big group but the place was not too occupied. I would be willing to give the place another shot, maybe was just one of those days. I believe the owner or manager was in and I want to highlight I saw him taking care of staff testing to make sure they were negative or had no symptoms for COVID, really happy to see ensure safety of staff and guests being taken seriously in these crazy times but is noted and appreciated, and yes this was after the mask mandate was removed. Hoping to give the place another chance as I did enjoy the food and hope service won't be as long next time.

Food was awesome, so filling and tasty. Burgers were juicy and perfect. Delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on the first day opening after more than half year of closure due to the Covid. They were taking our names and contact information. All the servers and employees were wearing masks even at the outside seating. Cool interior design and clean washrooms. We are only allowed to eat outside the past weekend; they set up outdoor seating nicely. Speedy service and yummy burgers. Enjoyed my cod burger, and my husband’s beef burger was huge. Fresh salad. An lovely long-missed restaurant meal.
