Jean Marc and Stephan got my sisters Jetta on a super busy day.
They were booked solid yet found the time to diagnose and repair an electronic problem with my sisters Jetta.
As a mechanic myself and familiar with dealerships, I was impressed by how efficient and precise they made 5he repair.
Fair price you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: we were contacted directly by the service manager who corrected everything wrong and offered to fix all the problems free of charge and went above and beyond even to have someone come pick up the car from far away. Overall very happy now.
1. We drove 2.5 hours to test drive of their cars and they tried to hide that it had a check engine light and transmission failure code on the dash , the salesman said it would be fixed upon delivery.(it was)
2.we took time off work based on their schedule and arrived on time for the delivery despite living 2.5 hours away. Not only did they not work on the car after 7 days of knowing we were going to purchase but they failed to get it ready for the delivery date and time. They started the work when we arrived at the dealership.
3. The sales woman told us that someone would come get us when the car was ready as we had been waiting 2+ hours for them to finish. When the car was finished she went to lunch and forgot about us. We got in a car with no guidance or congrats and got a sad apology from a confused counter person and drove home.
4. Today 2 days after owning the car the check engine and check transmission error came back. And thank god we purchased the used warranty because I don’t think they would help us fix it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is ok , the service was good. But I was extremely annoyed that they won't lend you a courtesy car or that the drive back home services weren't "available" . I went to service my car twice and both times I had to go out of my way to find a lift. Only having one car and no family/friend available during the week it was always a pain. If it wasn't for my prepaid maintenance package I wouldn't of gotten back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about the excellent service I have received from my VW Dealer. Once I spoke with the service department..the wheels started rolling. My car was picked up directly from my home, and a loaner vehicle was left. I was called daily with details of car reparation. Took my car in Tuesday and delivered back to me one day later. Extremely professional and courteous. Great work performance and amazing team within the repair department. Thank you once again Stephane to you and your team.
