★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today and noticed no one was washing the carts, just adding them to the line of carts fresh from outside so I didn't bother taking one. Then I went inside and the person handling the fruits and vegetables wasn't wearing his mask properly (over both the nose and mouth), so I skipped those isles all together. Honestly it doesn't take a genius to put a mask on properly! I won't be going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and efficient. But the cash lines are very tight on space and product selection is limited in certain area. Some stores have 100 different packages of hot dogs and they had 6, but who is counting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst grocery store I have ever gone to. Yes, the new location is very nice and has a wide selection of groceries but the staff working there is something else. I have never seen such unpleasant, rude, arrogant cashiers in my life. They don't even say hello when it's your turn at the cash and once they finish scanning everything they just look at you and don't even say the amount or ask how i'm going to pay. The younger cashiers are a bit more courteous but the older ones are sad to say, disgusting and VERY unpleasant. They should not be working in a public environment with a miserable personality like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deliveries do not arrive on time, staff not very helpful. Received a wrong order and tried to contact the store to let them know but kept being put on hold finally contacted the customer directly and they came to pick up order at my residence...free order for them (good). Used to be a friendly and reliable place to shop but no longer. Last 4 orders on line screwed up...time to change to Provigo or Metro both available locally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update your open hours. It says 11pm but you close at 10pm. Actually we were refused to enter at 9:56 for one single pack of diapers so go ahead and put your closing time to 9:56. Your employees are heartless.
