Great dealership, friendly and professional staff, with excellent service! Recently picked up my 2021 Hyundai Palisade - and I must admit, I was impressed with everyone I interacted with -- from the reception desk to the delivery personnel. Ask for Steven Moreau -- he's an excellent salesperson!

So many good things to say about this dealership. I’m from Ottawa and was on my way to Montreal on Valentine’s Day to pick up my fiancée when my 2015 Hyundai Tucson broke down on the highway (complete engine failure). I googled the closest Hyundai dealership and Hgregoire was it. After towing my car there, the service department was closed but sales was open. It was -25 degrees outside and I had my 2 dogs and travel belongings with me and the sales staff welcomed me and my dogs into the dealership until I could sort out accommodations for the night. One gentleman helped search for a hotel for me while another offered to drive me and my dogs over to it. The gentleman who drove me went above and beyond, helping to carry all my belongings, accommodating my dogs, and walking me into the hotel and staying with the dogs while I checked in. These two men (wish I had got their names) made my stressful situation a lot more manageable and I’m forever grateful. Next was my experience with service. The following day a woman named Shyla Hooles phoned me from the service department and assured me that myself and my car would be taken care of. Due to a recall on an engine part, my engine replacement was completely covered under warrantee. The only bad news was that there were major shipping delays and back orders on my engine and therefore it was going to take weeks before my car could be worked on. Shyla told me the dealership would cover a rental car for me but were unable to get me one in Vaudreuil. She arranged for one in Ottawa which was awesome but meant I had to sort out my own way home (one unfortunate aspect). Regardless, I am very thankful that Hgregoire covered this rental for me or I would have been in a huge predicament. All in all, my tucson spent 9 weeks at the dealership but Shyla was very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls (even on her days off) and would also phone me regularly with updates. Her service was exceptional and I made sure to let her know this. Overall my experience was outstandingly positive but I will mention a couple oddities. This dealership claimed to be associated with Enterprise rent a car, but when the rental car was arranged for me at a location in Ottawa, there were some payment issues. I was informed that Hyundai was on the outs with Enterprise and this particular Enterprise location had so much trouble getting payment from Hgregoire that they put holds on my credit card totalling $2000! Luckily it seems to have been sorted out at this point, but it was a little sketchy for a while. The only other experience that was not 100% satisfactory was that after my tucson had sat at the dealership for weeks, I was then told there were a whole bunch of other problems that should be fixed (ie breaks, ball joints, bushings, etc). They sold these issues as being extremely dangerous and I agreed to have some of them fixed there (later I was informed by my own mechanic that these issues were not dangerous at all). Additionally, they could not get in all the parts on time and have all the work done before the engine was fixed (meaning I would have been without a rental car warrantee wise). It was just unfortunate that my car sat there for weeks when they could have been fixing these other issues but rather were left until the last minute resulting in them not being able to fulfil the work. Despite the little things mentioned above, I would 100% recommend this dealership. And if you have the pleasure of working with Shyla, I am certain you will only have positive experiences.

Purchased a new car today! They were courteous and willing to let me test drive the exact models I wanted even to the point of pulling one from the showroom! I was very happy with the Salesman and the Manager, easy to talk to and not pressuring at all. I was able to work with them to get to a price I was happy with and can't wait to pickup my car. Update: I received my baby, and it's gorgeous. I've been using every excuse to drive it. Update: 6 months, I made the right decision to buy this model, even though the only sticking point for me not buying the Hybrid has been removed as they are now offering the sunroof option instead of just the solar panel. I love the power! I brought it in for an oil change and tires and they gave me a loaner, Elantra, in the meantime. I sorely missed my power. It wasn't the N-line Elantra. :) Great service! Got my winters on early and I'm all set.

The staff was very helpful and friendly:) Answered all my questions and concerns and gave me great advice! Steven, Joe and Alain helped me throughout the process and made my first big purchase very easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend!

The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! After being approved for financing and waited for more than 2 months to receive the car and the delivery should be tomorrow, received a call today and they are forcing me to take the warranty or get a higher doubled interest rate, so I canceled it simply. (N.B. I was already there last week with the finance manager to finalize everything and I added a winter tires on the finance and no one said/explained that before). Really so bad. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

An amazing experience at this dealership, I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable from the moment I stepped through the door, even after the delivery of my brand new 2022 Sonata the salesman Collin Campeau still reached out to do a follow up with me, the sales manager Joe Milan was extremely helpful, nice and involved with the transaction which was extremely professional! The financial director Alain also did an amazing job by directing me towards proper warranty products that are suitable for my lifestyle! Over 11/10 experience at this amazing place! Highly recommend!

I shopped around by phone for a Hyundai Tucson 2022 with the price that one of the Hyundai dealership asked, and I fell randomly on this salesman by the name of Collin Campeau. He was very honest with all my questions, he was calm and there wasn’t any pushy moments, that made me a good impression of him. He tried his best to accommodate everything I wanted and yes he made me one happy client! with the best price as well! My husband and I were like hesitating at first to go to the dealership (since we were asking ourselves if the guy would give us hidden fees when we arrive) but nope. Everything was like we talked about on the phone. It literally took us 15min to do all the procedures with papers + credit check. We were told that our car will arrive in 3-4months since of all shipping delays during Covid, so let’s all hope this stays as smooth as it is. By the way ask for Collin Campeau I highly recommend a salesman like him :) The staff there were very friendly as well

Though we had to wait 7 months to receive our car (this cannot be blamed on the dealership whatsoever) the sales team kept us up to speed on where the car was all along. Great job all around. We love the new Tucson! Worth the wait!
