★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, never going back. Booked an appointement at 2pm to fix my wiper motor. Brought the car in at noon to leave it for the afternoon. Got back at 5pm to pick it up. The guy at the reception told me they forgot about my car and hadn’t fixed it. No apology, no solution. Total waste of time and unprofessional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday my muffler became VERY noisy and loud. On Monday we went,without an appointment, to have it fixed. I expected to be told to come back another day. But they took it in right away. I also expected a bill of several hundred dollars. (Visions of catalytic converters, etc...) But, it just needed some kit and a weld. Not inexpensive, but they could easily have changed stuff unnecessarily. Honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car in to change my front brakes, a few hours after I was hearing a loud clunking noise when going over bumps, so they offered to redo the job, landed up damaging my car because the garage door would not open, they tried to get my car out by a different door and yes I still had the same noise, long story short they told me my callipers were no good and needed to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with them when I took it in.
I went to my mechanic in Montreal and all it turned out to be was the pins were put in wrong.
So instead of costing me $400 to replace something that was not broken it cost me $40 to put the pins back properly.
