★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Garage A. Prieur in May 2019. I don’t usually get my car professionally cleaned, but I had to get it done because I was sick in it (I’m pregnant).
I chose this place because I saw good reviews online. I called in the morning to schedule an appointment the next day and I specified the job that needed to be done (shampooing the carpets and seats as well as cleaning the dashboard, the steering wheel, etc; you get the picture) and also WHY. The gentleman was very kind and said that they were experts in the matter. I brought my car the next day (it was a Friday) and he repeated that he would take care of everything.
He tried to call me 10 minutes before 5pm (they close at 5pm) and I missed the call. He didn’t leave a message. I assumed that the car was ready, so I went to pick it up on the weekend and would have gone back to pay them on the Monday.
When I arrived, the stench was still present in the car. The carpets had been shampooed, but the dashboard and the steering wheel had not been touched. My seatbelt was still covered with waste. I decided to leave my car there.
The gentleman called me on Monday morning to tell me that the car was ready. I told him I didn’t think so, because I had gone to inspect it on the weekend and it was not done. I explained what I had seen and about the seatbelt and then he started on the fact that seatbelts are never included in this package… He charged me an extra 10$ to get that job done!
When I went to pick up the car, it was still not perfect. The 10$ extra charged for the seatbelt was not worth it as it was still dirty. By that time, I was fed up of not having a vehicle, so I accepted it as is. It took me an hour and a half of scrubbing to get it in decent shape.
It was not worth the 139$ that I paid for it. I will not be back to that garage and I will not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service, really good vibes in this place. It is by far the best customer experience I had in a garage. Price wise they were about 30% less expensive than the 2 others I called and made the repairs the same day I called in a span of 3 hours. Impressed

I brought my car in for a simple tire change and oil change. Booked for 1.5 hrs and it took over 3 hours.
The garage manager tried to tell me that I should’ve told them the oil filter required when I booked the appointment. If after giving them the make, model and year they can’t figure it out I am not sure what else can be done.
In addition they did not honour the pricing saying my wheels were too big to honour the rate and my car takes more oil then the promo includes.
Very disappointed with this garage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I maintain two Subarus at this garage. From brakes to timing belt replacements i’ve grown to trust them over the course of 5yrs.
Some bad reviewers claim surprises were added on to the bill but dig a little into the story and i’m sure you’ll find that they had good reason to bring a problem up up mid service. They do a Thorough
job & they may call you half way through because they found an issue or recommend replacing something and it’s not done in an up selling fashion it’s because they legit recommend you replace it. They don’t like letting poor or bad quality leave the shop and give you multiple options when choosing replacement parts. A1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started coming to service my car at this garage because I had a coupon and I haven't been to another garage since! The service is exceptional and timely and the staff are very nice. During my most recent visit, I had to replace a defective gas line on my vehicle and they repaired it at no charge. Overall excellent customer service and vehicle expertise.

Today, November 4, 2021, I came in person to this establishment, and spoke with Amélie and Dominique to register as a new customer. I was given an appointment to install winter tires with rims. It was a pleasure dealing with Amélie and Dominique today, and looking forward for future services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope i could gladly offer them a Zero star but unfortunately it isn't possible with google review option!
They robbed me of my money without doing what i have asked and left the car for, and did nothing on that!! Instead when i questioned, they mentioned that bla bla bla was done handing me over a facture!
I would make a note to warn everyone i know where i work and people in and around the area i know both in person and on social media groups to stay away from this garage. Believe me you will thank me later, especially if you have been referred or are looking forward to get an alignment done there!
