My truck engine oil was leaking they fixed in just one day. They charge 95 dollars per hour . Best in Montreal i guess, they can provide towing as well .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truck drivers if u gonna work for them they wont give u your last cheque with illogical reasons. Garbage trucks . They will be sweet till u work for them but stop answering your call on the time of cheque. All the positive reviews are fake . Ali is dishonest person

I called Rawal to tow an unloaded 4 axle dump truck that had stopped unexpectedly. A 4 km drive. Off the highway and no need to disassemble the drive shaft. And there was no traffic jam.
Rawal said they couldn't tell me the price in advance and they would make the estimates after work. They also couldn't give me an approximate estimate. They took a deposit from the credit card first. But they didn't tell me how much the deposit would be.
Hours later I saw that they had charged me $ 750. After calling them, they told me that this was the deposit, not the total price, that as soon as they did the calculation, they would refund the difference.
Days later I saw that they had charged me $ 753. There had been no refund.
After claiming, I saw that they returned $ 80. One week later. They sent me a photo of an invoice by text message where it says “towing service”. Nothing else.
I do not agree at all and I am going to claim in the petite créance that $ 660 for this service seems excessive.
Two weeks ago my truck stopped on the highway. I had to call an exclusive highway company. They dismantled the drive shaft, the truck was empty and the route was 30km. The price was $ 680, and they told me it in advance. Payment upon arrival to destination.
In my truck I always carry a dash cam. Traffic in Montréal is very chaotic and the cam is very useful. So the whole experience with Rawal is recorded. In case they dare to deny any of this, we will see what the petite créance says. Anyway, I've already lost the money, but I don't care, it's a matter of pride.

My truck had issues and Rawal helped me get back on the road in no time at all. From arranging a tow to securing parts Rawal Transport was really helpful. Highly recommend for roadside help and heavy shop work!
