E	Ext3nd3d C1ip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called they told me no problem your on a waiting list 2nd in line, an hour goes by I give them a follow up call a guy answered and tells me 20 minutes than 30 minutes go by and I call again for the same guy to answer and to tell me no taxi is going to come out here and take it after 2 hours or waiting both people I dealt with were very rude
A	Ashley Briana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I use this taxi service to get to and back from work frequently. Although the drivers ( most of them) are nice. The dispatch is terrible. They tell you it's on the way and have you waiting over an hour for a cab. It has now been almost 2 hours since I'm finished work and no sign of my so called taxi. Completely Unprofessional. If you have an appointment, or need to get somewhere important do not use them! They will make you late.
J	Joaquim Grenon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called a cab to boost my battery (it's a convenient service that they charge you alot for, yes) but waiting an hour and a half to also pay 40$, don't take me for a fool.. by far the worst taxi I have heard of ever.. I don't know if it's because of Uber or other services or they juste are extremely under-staffed but just walk to were you want to go, I can GUARANTEE it's going to be free, healthier and (actually probably) FASTER !
S	Smarty Pants on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be on time, but twice in a row now I’ve reserved a day ahead and yet they’re still late for the reservation time, both times making me late for my airport arrival. Last time the driver was 30min late and still had the audacity to stop for gas (and only wore his mask when greeting me into the car, not illegal but still disrespectful in my books). If only they had some competition which could drive them either out of business or to try to do a better job…. Oh wait…. Uber….. too bad Uber isn’t normally available early mornings, maybe I should start driving for Uber just to mess with these guys.

R	Richard Hudson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't use this taxi company again if they paid me, their service is terrible, I should have believed the earlier reviews. We booked an airport taxi through these guys the day before we needed it, when the taxi didn't turn up and we were now running late we called them again, they said they said they didn't have a taxi and that was it, they hadn't called, didn't offer an alternative or anything, just decided not to turn up and leave us stranded without even letting us know. I won't be using this incompetent business again, your actually better off organising a friend to take you somewhere than rely on this company, hopefully they won't be around much longer and a taxi firm will take over that actually cares about its customers.

The taxi smelled terrible, like a dirty ashtray. The driver purposely drove around the city to pad the fair and left me close to the airport, then claims he doesn’t know English, charges a tip without permission and says can’t change it to get out. Beware of taxis, stay with UBER much safer
