★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a taxi and the dispatcher wouldn’t tell me how long it will take for it to arrive... I asked will it take an hour, he said no...After 45 mins, nothing! I kept calling and no one would pick my calls. More than 6 hrs later still nothing! Will never use this service ever again! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually everytime when my bus from Châteauguay doesn’t come at the time I need to head to work I usually call at taxi to meet me where I take my bus.. So I call this taxi company and whenever I speak with the dispatcher on the phone they always attend to my needs to questions ask.. but things happened a little different.. I spoke with the man I told him where I would like a taxi to pick me, firstly he didn’t sound polite was just agressive as if I said something wrong.. he just goes ahead in a rude manner bout how they don’t take clients on the corner street and if they have an address it will take 5 mins if not it’s like about 45 mins (in French une demeurs or whatever) This is the first time I’m hearing this because it’s not true everytime I call for a taxi they come to that same spot I always request..
My point is the guy on the phone was so rude and not professional like if you don’t like your job you can quit it’s the simple!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I called the guy told me I have to wait 45 minutes, so I said nevermind, and also one time when a girl answered she was not nice, was describing where I am and give the address, she said describing it will not help coz she doesn't live in the area, soo overall haven't have a good experience with them yet....will try again next time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called yesterday from Maxi store on Blvd Saint Jean Baptiste and d'aujou at 8 pm called and the taxi didn't come after 10 minute wait called back at least another five times waited a half hour no taxi. This taxi company should be closed up as they offer terrible service to the people. Always go with Taxi company Oxford they are professional and they do show up. I will now always call Oxford taxi if I could I would not give one star to prestige taxi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called a taxi on a Friday around 2:30pm, they said it would be around 15-20 minutes. It was waiting almost an HOUR. In an area where there's barely any public transit and there's no Uber, this should be unacceptable business practices. I gave them an extra star because the taxi drive was very nice. Otherwise, I'm never using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible! The second me and my sister get in the taxi, the driver was seriously disrespectful. He had a TERRIBLE attitude. Asking us "what's the address" expect US to know. We were just sent to pick up our little brother from daycare so wouldn't the information already be provided? He asked me for a number (wasn't specific) but if I don't know the address, what makes you think I know the number? I was gonna call my my and he said to give him the number so I started saying it, then he just went to go see my mom directly. This man walked up to the house, knocked and proceeded to OPEN the door which is BEYOND disrespectful. When we got to the destined area, he tells us, "get out." and didn't even drop us off in front of the right place. My brother (who is 3) got in the car and this man started driving before any of us could put on our seatbelts. So terrible I would definitely not recommend it.

Like all the comments before they say 15-20mins, then you call again and they say that they don't know when they will be able to pick you up and tell you to be patient because they only have one taxi on the road on a THURSDAY night. She said " Just wait in line, there are 4 other people that called before you, Mr. Whatever(Yes, she called me Mr. Whatever...)"
