★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for a taxi for the 1st time in years, only because #Uber wasn't available in the area I was in. Waited 45 minutes before calling back (6 times) for an update and no answer. I was able to get through once and they hung up instead of taking my call. You can't be upset when go for companies like #uber after getting this type of services. If I was able to give less then 1 star I would. Extremely poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl that answer the phone was really nice. She told me there was a bit of a wait and told me a driver would call me when he is outside so I don't have to wait in the cold. 10-15 mins later a taxi driver called me and told me he was out. I was happy. Great service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of my clients have used their services in the past and they said they had very reasonable fees, clean cars and customer oriented drivers. Lately I’ve been using their service and must agree with their feedback. You can pay with debit or credit card as well as cash. They have multiple platforms for payments. They take about ten to fifteen minutes to come to you depending on where you are. The phone operator also is efficient and kind. Recommended.
