★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to give 3 maybe 4 stars, but once i called to voice my opinion on an electric pallet jack i got, I was greeted with the most amazing customer service team who answered my every question and walked me thru other options available to me. I found out that they are a Family Business and they really made me feel like I wasnt just another number/ quick sale. Will for sure do more business in the future when i'll need a forklift for my growing business.

If I had to choose them over a manufacturers maintenance service tech I would do it in a heartbeat. I know they will do a better job, not to mention at better price.
