★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought running shoes. Got an excellent service from Andrea. She was so patient with me (I tried over 8 pairs... Only to find out that the socks I was wearing were too thick...??♀️). She got me a super thin nylon sock and I haven't had any issues with my new shoes nor my new socks during my walks. No blisters, finally!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible experience. We went to buy a new pair of running shoes for my wife's birthday. Having worked in the specialty running retail business for over 5 years, I had to improvise as the expert, as the associate was totally clueless. The shoes we purchased collapsed after the first wear. I returned the shoes 6 days and 1 wear after purchase. The refund was swiftly declined by the Store Manager, the excuse being that "I won't be able to resell those." I pointed out to her the defects and told her that the Manufacturer offers a 6-month warranty. She denied it even though it is written on the Manufacturer's website under...warranty...I had to resort to getting a credit after a 10-minute standoff so I can show the Manufacturer the date of purchase and quick return. What a nightmare and a waste of time. Avoid that horrible place, especially if you're going for running shoes. Clueless and rude.
