Irritating when you finally find shoes you like and then find out that there's only one store that has them in your size out of the entire internet, but they won't mail them to you because they have horrible policy of the store not able to or want to mail them to the customer or have them transfer to where it can be mailed out.

Awful customer service. One of the absolute worst. Note that they don't have a phone number on their website for anything you buy online, and Sail expects you to fill out a contact form with your details. Takes them around a month to get back. I placed my order and got no response after contacting Sail. I contacted Sail over a dozen times through every way I could imagine. I filled out Sail's own "contact us" form over 6 times. Note, this is the only way Sail will provide you customer service for online orders. I dug up a phone number which they hide, and called them. Their customer service via this line had a full mailbox. I contacted their facebook page, who would respond after 1-2 days, and tell me to fill out the form on their website. Imagine buying gifts from a merchant, having your money taken, and no clue what is going on with your order. Should I buy something else, will I get a refund, where is my package? This was the experience for 4 weeks before Sail responded. This company took no ownership of my delivery and completely ignored me until I sent a formal notice through registered mail, lodged a complaint with the OPC, and disputed the transactions via my credit card company.  My credit card company ruled in my favor after their investigation was done. From the other remarks I read afterwards, this has happened numerous times to many customers. I would be weary to do business with them ever again. It took Sail 4 weeks from my first communication to respond back about my order. Deplorable company that cuts costs on customer service, and has been doing so for years. Borderline scam.

Bought boots online on Boxing Day and they turned out much too big. I sent FOUR e-mails asking if it was possible to get an exchange. NO REPLY.

The store fails to do the 30 days return for a defective equipment and customer service is below the lowest expectations. I bought an auger on 18th of January and it is obviously defective as it doesn’t drill at all. I called the customer support and explained the situation including the fact that I don’t have QR code. I have received a follow up call quite fast and the representative asked me to come to the store and customer support will have a look at the auger at the entrance. When I come the next day I was met with quite rude personal that denied the fact of the call and asked me to leave. I asked to speak with the manager and got the same rude response from him as well… They even offer me to buy another one, whic is ridiculous - they can sell it, but not going to replace defective! Update -the auger was replaced.

Went to get boots. The ones i tried didn't fit so i asked for bigger size. Guy told me there wasn't any at the store. Drove back home immediately ordered right size online to pick up at said store. Surprise my order was ready to pick up 20 minutes after. Turns out they did have my size but employee was too lazy to do his job. Wasted time and gas to go back and pick up my boots. At least i do like the boots.

Appalling customer service. In the footwear department, employees, including the 'responsable du departement' just standing around , chatting and ignoring customers . How disrespectful to customers and their time. I have more details and will make sure your corporate office is aware.

Out of 5 items I bought 3 scanned improperly at the cash. I only realized when home and had to go back. Apparently they don’t need to give you a 10$ discount if it’s badly priced! So check your bills because I doubt it only happened to me!

Great service in every department! The help I got in the boots section was amazing and it was great to talk about boots with the very knowledgeable staff. Price are competitive and there always sale that are unbelievable. Big parking space. Lots of room inside. Great shopping experience!
