Zero after service. never buy there. they became totally different before and after you pay.recommended the appliances for me and told me they can be delivered soon. Then I wait for month but no one tell me when the stuff will be delivered. I tried to contact them through email and phone. The sales man never reply. All the family stay one month without electrical appliances, no fridge , no stove in such hot weather! Even though they finally delivered the appliances, it seems those are defective ones. The dish washer still smell so bad ( rubber odour) after one month use. The fridge has defective in the door and I contact them but they ignored me.

The worst Delivery service I would say. The Delivery customer agent was so rude to the clients, no repects towards their clients. They could now answer my question and they say they are not resposible for anything.

Listen to the negative reviews. Karim is your best friend until he has your money. Sounds like this is business as usual at Germain Larivière. Stay away.

Horrible after sale service. Once you pay you are on your own ! I ordered 2 identical fridges to put them side by side. They sent me different color ones and refuse to change them. They are giving me a run around and tell me to get in touch with the manufacturer that says it is not their problem. Don't buy there !

Horrible service. Bought all appliances from them - ensured our selection was available in their inventory. Paid upfront (3 months before delivery) to reserve our appliances. They didn't have all our appliances that we reserved on our delivery date. I had to have a plumber come twice to my apartment to install. They made promises they didn't keep. And I had to chase them down for weeks to get a problem solved. I've been chasing them for 6 months. Still haven't resolved all the issues. Manager doesn't respond to emails or calls. I will never recommend this store to any one.

Do not buy here. Had awful service when our appliances were delivered. The delivery guys were rude and very condescending. It was so bad I had to call the store while they were still at the house. Our dishwasher was dropped off the truck (even have it on video), the mounting brackets were missing and our washer got scratched. We are currently still missing the brackets two weeks later. EDIT* Since writing this review I have added a star. I spoke to after service department and they were lovely.

Carla Bengivengo was a pleasure to deal with. I came in looking for a very specific couch and she spent all the time necessary browsing throughout the store to find it. She was also able to give me a competitive price. I highly recommend dealing with her.

I am so disappointed with their after service department. I bought my entire bedroom set and couches. Most of my bedroom set was delivered to me damaged on February 12th they even forgot the most important part for the bedframe the screws - I had called waited on hold and never received an answer no message advising me their closed over the weekend only found out because I showed up to the Laval store who couldn’t help me because I can only deal with after service not their problem. When I finally reached them they couldn’t even give me a date for my screws and at least fix my bedframe I had to complain that I had no bed to sleep on and even at that no care the only reason I received an appointment within a week if because I had to waste my time and continue complaining all the way up to higher management- who they refused to give me a contact I had to look for myself. On Feb 17th the technician came (who was great) confirmed they also forgot the support to the bedframe and confirmed my master dresser legs were not repairable on the spot (so now I cannot use the last 2 draws) and 1 night table was not repairable (again not usable) the bedframe covers needed to be replaced attached is my report that I had to take a picture of because they do not give you a copy. We are end of May I still do not have a delivery date for the repairs they don’t care and they talk to me like I am at fault - I paid 10000$ for furniture I still can’t use and no compassion towards our frustration - they compensated me 150$ Which is a joke compared to what I paid - We slept on the couch and floor for a week because of their mistake - on my deliver date I only received 2 out of 5 pieces of my bedroom set that was not damaged and When I asked for at least a better compensation now that I am still waiting with no answer on when I’ll receive my repairs (more then 3 months later and counting) there is no compensation. I will never buy anything from them again!
