Had a great first experience at the running room, my wife and I will return when we need new exercise shoes. The pair running the store were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and were able to give helpful advice to find the right fit for us. Even with the store being busy while we were there I felt like I was getting personalized care. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this store today! The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. I just loved talking to the lady there today. I can’t say it enough times. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. The computer wasn’t working during the time I was there but the staff stayed calm and collected. Best experience I have had in a Running Room store! Highly recommend!!

I just picked up this pair of Hoka One One Bondi 7's today at The Running Room on Princess Street. Neil took ample time to conduct a safe and socially distant "gait assessment" and fitting, and also fielded my many questions with patience and great answers - he knows a lot about cycling, too! After trying Asics and Brooks offerings, I decided that these were the One One's. ? I highly recommend this local store. Great service!

Excellent service. Allows me to wear my shoes outdoors and if there problems, I am able to go back for a replacement if required, up to 30 days.

Today I had a really unpleasant experience in Running Room. There were two people working- the one woman was helping two people so I knew she'd be a while. The man was helping two women and chatting with them for a while, which would be fine but he didn't even acknowledge that I was sitting there patiently waiting for him to offer a size or help me in any way. I eventually (after 10 minutes) had to interrupt his conversation to simply ask for a size. He was extremely short with me and just brought me the shoes and said nothing else. I then had to ask if there was a mirror to view them and he pointed to the change rooms and shortly said "it's around the corner" as if I was supposed to know this already. Then he completely left me, didn't ask how the shoes fit, didn't offer another size or assistance in anyway and basically just didn't say anything else. I just left the shoes and walked out and neither employee said goodbye or anything else. I assumed he wasn't having a bad day as he was very friendly to the women he was helping. Honestly, worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I'm all for supporting local, but when the customer service is like this, it makes it really difficult.

I had the very best customer service experience today (morning of Sunday Apr 24)! The lady working in the store (who was the only visible staff) was just amazing all while juggling numerous customers all trying on shoes. She went from person to person and not once did I see one of us waiting on her to get to us. She was super pleasant and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not once did I see her get overwhelmed having to deal with numerous customers and her mannerisms were steady and professional. It is very rare these days to have such customer service. Just outstanding!!!
