★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Runners' Choice is incredible. A number of times over the pandemic they have come through for me when I needed gear for running. From advice to products they've found a way. This week the day before a major cold snap with wind chills down to -33 I reached out to them via Instagram. They dropped off a box of winter running gear on my porch that night to try on and choose from. Can't get better service than that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent runners/walker store. It is a small shop but carries an impressive selection of shoes for the size of the shop.
Friendly and helpful staff. IMO the clothing selection is limited but worth a look, they carry some nice pieces and a good selection if odds & sods (laces, gloves, glasses, socks, etc.)
Definitely will shop with these fine folks again. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough positive things about this store.. I have worn New Balance 860 running shoes for many years and visited this store to get my most recent pair. Christine went above and beyond trying to get me a pair in the size I needed. She ended up bringing them in from California. After a few weeks of wear I felt that the shoes were wearing out prematurely. I contacted Christine who immediately offered to replace the shoes. She brought in the new version 12 and kept the previous version 11 so that I could choose between the two. Her thoughtfulness and knowledge is so appreciated. She was very responsive and professional in the handling of the initial purchase and and in replacing the shoes. We need stores like this In Kingston and I strongly encourage everyone to support it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some Saucony Hurricane shoes from Runner's Choice in Kingston last week. They were not in stock, but they were able to order them in for me. They arrived in less than a week, and picked them up. I was pleased to see they were not made in China, NOT supporting them anymore.
When I got home there was small card inside the shoe box. "Thank you for making a big impact on our small business. Your support means the world to us. Enjoy your new shoes".
Especially what has happened in the past two years, this meant a lot to me, we all need to support our own people ??. The many lives and livelihoods affected by the Covid pandemic is unreal. I am aware of the importance of supporting our local economy and helping hard working Canadians. My new shoes felt fantastic on my run this morning ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the best service which goes above and beyond. Responding to me on a Sunday night, having a pair of shoes ready for me to try when I got there. Just super friendly service. The type of place that is so great you don't even think of price shopping. In saying that, for the glasses and shows I bought they had the best prices too! Can't recommend this place enough.
