★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a great time! I hadn’t been to a Jack Astor’s in over a decade, and the second I bit into the pan bread I was brought back to my childhood! SUCH good classic food.
But this location was an even more pleasant surprise - we were able to enjoy the sunset from the gorgeous rooftop, looking over a beautiful evening in Kingston.
Even with social distance and Covid protocols, the staff were excellent and very attentive, kind and personable.
We will be back! ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great and so is the service. Prices are very reasonable and the view on top of the terrace is very nice. Good location, in the middle of everything. Had to only wait 20min for a seat but didn't need to wait, they sent a text message once we had a seat so I could roam around a bit instead of waiting there. The bathrooms need to be cleaned up more often, they were really dirty and floors were wet, decided to hold it in and go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great food and great service, have noticed that whenever my kids order a burger it's always burnt and not something that should be served. I don't usually notice it until after they are done and the burger falls apart, or I go to finish the meal and find out it's burnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this location and I love seating at the patio where you can see beautiful view. The food was good and the staff are nice. The only down side is that they are under staff.. the server takes longer to go grabs order and serve. Other than that it was a nice experience.

⭐ drinks were tasty! Beer was cold! And a lot of ice. Perfect for a sunny day.
1/2 ⭐ food was good: brushetta was very tasty and delicious, so yummy! But salmon on the salad was very dry (overcooked).
1/2 ⭐ thank you for service. Very friendly staff, but waiter was a bit off; asked for lime twice, forgot cutlery. Also was a bit upset with the coupon I had, told that to waiter at the beginning but he said to show it at the end, both fault but still he didn't do anything about it.
But definitely a great place to chill with a couple of drinks !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had so much fun here while everything was closed during January indoor dining. The food, the service and the roof top patio that had heaters at -25 degree weather was amazing! Thank you to the staff for a great experience! And…the beers stayed cold! ?

Would’ve given 5stars, but for the speed of food service… drinks were served quick and food was very tasty, but then came with a roughly 30minute wait-time… definitely try the fishbowls, and my favourite is the L.I.I.T. Ample space and solid ambience… would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place with friends on weekend. The best part is they have ample space and can accommodate large group. We stayed till 2 am.
The bar is nice and has lots of sitting area. The other best thing is that the food is really good and there are many options. Staff is fine. Some of them are nice but not all.
You can enjoy the drink, music and ambience. The prices are reasonable so you will like it. Place to visit if you are in Kingston
