★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning that if you are the 5%-10% of the population that is gluten free avoid this place. They have no good ciders like Strongbow or Big Rock cider in cans or on tap, they only offer Somersby, a light overly sweet cider that teenagers drink. They bread their wings in flour and if you ask them not to do that, they say no. Apparently, that was too much work to not add something and they will only bread them now. No gluten free hamburger buns or pizza crust. Great place if you are addicted to VLTs however, as that takes up 1/4 of the restaurant. I did like this place at one time, but it gets a full pass now for complete lack of effort. I give them 2 starts because they did make un-breaded wings that were good at one point in their history...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing ! We have been coming for years! Service has been great until recently. Tonight we were really disappointed. Our food took a very long time. Surprising considering it was nachos!
Certainly not the end of the world, we understand things happen. Our server “ I won’t mention her name. Brought us our food and advised us she would be back to check on us. She never even
bothered to return the entire meal. When she did finally return she was very apologetic. Stating she was training. That was not what we observed, and believe me we had a long time to watch while
we waited. Sadly, I am not sure we will be back. Unfortunate because supporting local has been really important to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually enjoy eating here but tonight we had a very poor experience. The server took our drink orders and even told us about the specials. A few minutes later she told us the kitchen was closed, explaining that the cook had a "busy night and he/she had had enough", i.e. we would not be getting any food tonight because he/she didn't feel like cooking anymore. Pathetic excuse. Certainly not the server's fault - she was very apologetic. I have no choice but to leave a 1-star rating by default.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand Central is decent...The space itself is nice, albeit very poorly lit (maybe on purpose). I hadn't been for a year or more but I visited recently and the staff were very young and not at all attentive. i had to walk up to the bar in order to get new drinks, three separate times. Actually, our server didn't come back to the table once. I still have very fond memories of the place and the food is fine so I'll still give it three stars. Not the place to stop if you are an out-of-towner in my opinion, it's very much geared toward the local VLT crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Girlfriend and I have eaten at Grand Central a number of times and Every Single one of those was Absolutely Spectacular!
The food is Unbelievable in a Good way and you Never leave hungry.
The service is absolutely Outstanding and every time we went we felt Treated like friends as compared to numbers.
Definitely Worth many visits you all.
Their food and dessert is Addictive in a Good way!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good it was the service that was lacking. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I wasn't wanted. Six waitresses immediately turned their backs and were looking over their shoulders like they were trying to decide who was going to be stuck serving me. I almost left before anyone got to my table. No one asked if I was dining alone, I was not asked if I noticed the specials nor told about them. I was introduced to a new team member who was shadowing my waitress as it was here second day and she shadowed long enough for the first introduction. When I eventually got asked if I would like a refill of my water they just refilled my original glass which I believe is not standard practice. I went in with full intentions of leaving a great tip and had a hard time justifying leaving one. The couple who arrived after me received much better service from the waitress in training who was all of a sudden on her own. I usually love eating here after a long day. Not sure I will be bad.
