★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience from start to finish!!! We received our 2 quads very quickly and the product was in absolutely perfect condition upon arrival. The service team was absolutely excellent to deal with answering all my questions! Assembly was super easy I just followed the YouTube video for the E quad X which allowed for visual step by step guidance, which I personally preferred over a booklet! Once together my 2 boys, 3 and 4 years of age had a amazing time ripping up the yard, along with all the neighbourhood kids haha… The 3 speed governor system is perfect as the high gear is actually very fast and my son definitely sent it haha so until he’s a little Older we will keep It on the medium and low for
The youngest!!! quads battery life is decent! No complaints will definitely be recommending and purchasing other products from RossoMotors as they come out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked GREAT while they worked. I bought two for my twins for Christmas. In 3 weeks, both are garbage.
Updating this review to show photos of the 2nd time this four wheeler has broken in the past 3 months. Like some of the others, any time you call with a problem, all they want to do is send you parts and a link to a video so you can work on it yourself. My two have been broken more than working since I bought them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered this on April 10th and said delivery would happen in 10-14 days in time for my sons 4/26 birthday. Still has not showed up and people from Rosso have no clue where it’s at. First world problems I get it, but it’s a bummer to come up empty handed for my kids birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased the 800w 36v Inferno red e quad for our son for Christmas 2019. The Rosso website was very user-friendly and made ordering and purchasing no problem at all! Assembly also was pretty point and shoot and they gave plenty of information including videos online how to make the process simple. Rosso Motors employees packaged our little quad very well in the box as it also had a steel frame to protect the quad. With that being said not sure if there was carelessness due to it being the holidays and a busy schedule or not, but the shipper had been a little rough with the package and some parts were minorly damaged through shipping. The quad itself is manufactured in Canada and is of excellent quality and workmanship! My son absolutely loves his quad and so do we! It has an alarm, 3 speed settings(keyed), two sets of keys and key fobs, fwd/neutral/& rev. with indicator lights, front and rear shocks, LED lights, front and rear disc brakes, padded seat, front and back racks, nice charger with indicator lights, owners manual, and also comes with all the tools to put it together and an extra fuse. I do however recommend getting a smaller sized metric wrench or socket set to complete the assembly. We can't thank all the staff at Rosso Motors enough for this amazing little Memory Maker! Thanks again to everyone at Rosso Motors ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn’t even give one star if I could. Bought a bike for my son for his birthday , he was so excited to drive it , well he only got to drive it MAYBE 3 times until it quit and won’t even move any more , we had the battery , fuse and everything checked out and it is all fine and not to mention the fenders came off the first day we got it. Reach out to customer service and all they do is send me videos on how to fix it , the same video they continue to send and when I say I try it they don’t answer my email, you would think they would offer me a refund if I sent the bike back considering I payed 1200 dollars for a piece of junk. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I originally received this product it was totally busted and it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I called the company for them to replace it they told me to look on YouTube for instructions on how to fix it. How they have so many stars I have NO idea. My daughter has had this less than a year and barely been able to ride it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service, always friendly when you call or email. The bad news is the quality of the 36v quad is horrible. Worst welds I have ever seen to the point they sent a new part and it was even worse so I cut it apart and re welded myself(to be fair they refunded 50 bucks). Other than poor quality welds many of the parts are welded crooked so nothing fits too well. After 1 year the welds on battery tray have cracked. The front suspension is just for show and barely moves. The front wheels also drag on the brakes because of the crooked caliper mounts. The front tie rods also needed a major adjustment to straighten front wheels. Problem with this is there isn't much thread in the rod ends to get the front wheels straight. Long story short...If you aren't handy these quads aren't for you. With current prices you would be much better off buying a used kids gas 4 wheeler for about the same price as these quads.
Update- the 36v quads are no longer available and the company went out of the way to make it right. Again...great customer service.
