Was in desperate need of technical support when I showed up at their store. No problem....I was welcomed in like a long lost friend and all the issues with my phone were addressed to my satisfaction....and then some. Even showed me how to delete individual messages from my phone...which I didn't know how to do. Left happy and totally satisfied with the customer service. Thank-you! Thank-you!

Excellent service from Amanda. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She knows her products inside and out and it shows. The store felt safe and welcoming. Would recommend Amanda in a heartbeat, a rare gem around here!

Fabulous service from both employees here. They were very knowledgeable about products, policies and everything else I asked about. By far the best service I’ve ever had from a Rogers store. I was also pleased with the high level of sanitation being practiced due to the pandemic. I would highly recommend this location for your tech needs.

After being told to come in in person and waiting for 30min as there was only one salesperson on site, I was then told that they could not help and was told I’d need to phone rogers customer service again. No real explication given, really disappointing with the terrible face to face customer service.

10/10 experience! Shy and the staff we're so helpful, kind and even went above and beyond talking to a representative we had on the phone from rogers to make my experience easy! highly recommend visiting Shy at Rogers Duncan.

Assisted by Shylee Agnew today at the Rogers store in Duncan, BC ! She was very helpful, enthusiastic, intelligent, solved the issue quickly and effectively in a timely manner!!! Great service agent, knows her stuff ! I'm back online, and so very grateful for her expertise! Defiantly deserves recognition for her efforts! My boyfriend went there and talked to gage who was amazing! He had a great experience he ended up having to run to Langford and back to grab his id and gage ended up staying late for him and looked up a few deals while he was gone. We will definitely recommend this Rogers to anyone!

My FiancΓ© and I came in to upgrade our phones and were taken exceptional care of by Amanda. She worked hard to get us the best deals, introduced us to new services that were relevant for us and made sure we had everything we needed and more. It was a lengthy process and her coworker Shy jumped in to help any way she could by setting up our new devices and going over the plans we were updating, making sure everything was working correctly and assisting Amanda any way she could to help us all out. Together they were a fantastic duo and made the process so easy and painless for us both. Thank you Amanda and Shy!
