★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Until the present Manager ( Lakshay ) is gone I won't return to the Duncan Bell store, he is polite and helpful when selling you a phone and will say or do anything to make the sale even if it's not the truth, or something that cause's you problems down the road like contract issue's, after you leave the store you don't exist to him, so if you go there to get a phone PRAY you don't have any issues with that phone or your contract because you are not going to get any help from him, he won't even acknowledge you. Oh ya try customer service on phone they tell you to go back to person who wrote the contract and sold you the phone, I won't even get into how horrible Bell satellite is, so very disappointed in Bell. BIG FAT 0000 for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lakshay was fantastic. We had originally come in seeking help with Virgin mobile as we thought Bell owned Virgin (like total noobs). Lakshay, being attentive and observational was able to discover that we were looking to both save money and add a device to our account.
He was able to do both of these things with a smile and a high level of professionalism. I also would like to add that he brought a high level of what I like to call "the human element" to the entire transaction. He was cheerful, honest, and extremely polite. These skills go far beyond what is required of a standard sales person. I could tell he authentically cared and wanted to find the best way to help me and my family.
I would recommend anyone looking for a Bell store to swing by Feel like Talking Connections and ask for Lakshay. You will not leave disappointed.
Thank you Lakshay again for being such a genuine person. There is "just doing a job" and there is "going above beyond" and you soared far above and WAY beyond.

My experience at Pyramid Wireless in Duncan was another story entirely. I was very lucky to be helped by Gurnoor Pannu. He could not have been kinder or more professional or more helpful. I left very appreciative of getting to deal with him and walked out a very satisfied customer with a new phone with a better plan that what I had previously had.
