★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very positive experience this morning thanks to Jimmy a sales rep for Fido. A previous employee sold me a plan that was supposed to give me free calls to the US. After a surprising bill, I phoned Fido and they said that there was nothing they could do. Jimmy spent 30 minutes on the phone chatting about the issue and was able to change their minds. That is old time service, and very much appreciated.

Although he told me that my issue was one that I would likely have to call Fido support to resolve, he did attempt to make a call on my behalf ( I eventually called and had the issue resolved). I really appreciated Jimmy’s kind attention to my concern!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Fido because my phone broke and I needed a new phone right away.Jimmy Gray the sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable, I could not have asked for a better service and I walked out with a new phone in no time. Thank you for going above and beyond to assist me with this. I will be back for all my cellphone needs. Highly recommended!

I'm writing not to only your management team but, to all those who shop here the 1 located here in Duncan Fido. I over-heard one of your employees by the name of Amanda? I didn't get her full name nor did I get a chance to get a card from her but, COVID-19 safety protocols should be treated with extra caution. I couldn't understand how fast she was speaking. I did managed to hear her say she's been sick for a few days and her manager wouldn't let her call a sick day. I'd advise you to get covid tests done and, make sure you're not harming customers that go to your store regularly. your manager should always be on top of their employees. oh! even unfairness to a no-show for managers is what else I've heard short staffed happens often these days. please be careful!!!! covid is beyond real and, your staff should be extra careful, as well as managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I stopped by the Fido store shortly before close to get new iPhones as a Christmas presents. Jimmy took great care of us! He answered all our questions on different phone options. He was knowledgeable, courteous and put our needs as the customer first. He even stayed after close to process the plan changes and sale. I was impressed with his customer service skills and his work ethic, including his willingness to set aside his own plans for the evening. He absolutely deserves a promotion and a raise! I am pleased to recommend this store with 5 stars.

She dealt with customer service and then called me once some issues were cleared up to pick up my new phone, as I had time restraints due to my job.
