I liked the services which provided at Best Buy, Duncan. I'd visited the customer services and Geek Squat for several times during the last couple of months, and I had some excellent experiences being helped from their staffs. Especially Leah was always very patient and friendly, and she really solved a couple of big problems for me. I hope many people will know about their services because I am fully satisfied by their services.

Purchased an iPhone for my wife on her birthday. Upon opening we discovered that a different charging adaptor is required, a USB-C. I hope that management is reading this to let the employees know that this extra is required. You missed out on the add on and peed me off because I had to drive into town again to find this needed accessory. Lack of training means lost sales!!!

My wife and I were in today looking for some information regarding a change in our cell phone service. Alanna, not being a part of the Cell team there took time to speak with us and go over several options for us regarding both changes to our phone plan and devices. Alanna knew everything. I literally mean that. I was able to later verify everything she had said about the various devices was totally accurate and this is why I decided to write this review. She was not only cheerful, polite, and professional but EXTREMELY knowledgeable about just about every product in the store (and we all know Best Buy is full of all sorts of stuff). I would go back there now in a heart beat and ask for Alanna every time as it is really hard to find an individual with both a strong commitment to service AND a truth forward knowledge of the products sold. Alanna you rock and I greatly appreciated your level of dedication to providing an amazing customer experience. Sincerely, The Howell Family

Parked in my camper at 11 a.m to shop in the plaza before meeting up with a friend for a roadtrip. Employee in a safety vest knocked on my door to very rudely tell me there's no overnight camping. Dude. Chill. It's eleven o clock in the morning, I need to go to Dollarama and Canadian Tire in the plaza. Now I will be leaving without spending any money here. To be fair I'm not sure if he was affiliated with best buy or another store in the surrounding plaza, but maybe don't worry about overnight camping until it's actually night time- those of us in campers and RVs also have to shop!

Bought some thermal paste today, great service geek squad guy new his stuff and didn't try to upsell even when I asked if the more expensive stuff was the way to go.

Had a problem with my cell phone that I have only had for a short period of time. I was very lucky to have had Alana's help in Best Buy Mobility, she made a stressful experience a very pleasant one. She provided more than one solution and detailed instructions on how to proceed with each. I am extremely happy with the level of service, professionalism and quality of service Alana provided. This is the experience everyone advertises but few deliver, thanks Alana.

I went into the Duncan Best Buy last week because I was looking at getting myself a new TV. I had one of the employees offer to help me and I told them I was looking for something with 120 hertz. He then took me to and tried to sell me on a Samsung TU7000, which is a 60 hertz TV. I respectfully tried to tell him that this has a 60 hertz panel and he started trying to argue with me. I walked out right on the spot. There have been several other times where I was walking for 10 - 15 minutes without anyone even checking on me. I won't be coming back after this experience.

Wanted to give 5 stars Originally I was disappointed because the tech who received my laptop repair didn't take me seriously or any notes after i said he needed to. I had spent 2 days figuring exactly what needed to be done, a simple OS install,, no back data ups needed. My laptop had fallen a while back and could no longer be opened or closed properly as well. I got a call saying the work couldn't be done because of the screen hinge problem while they were opening/ closing & trying to pull the hard drives out to back things up ..... I told them no, that didn't need to be done and please don't open or close the laptop anymore. I then received a call saying it was finished. I went down there and they had put the wrong OS on, but everything seemed fine. We tried putting windows pro on while I waited but then ran into power issues because the power supplies they had were not to spec. My laptop just kept turning itself off, over and over. Once we got windows home on there again, it seemed to be fine so I took the win and since bringing it home its been totally fine and very stable. The service took longer, I had to wait but the other techs were very kind and polite. The Supervisor and "Max" went above and beyond for me (Thank you !!!!!!) And in the end it only cost 70$!! I got My workhorse back. I can start my small business and I'm good to go. Thanks for taking the time to listen to me and give it your all Max ! Over all it was a good experience and I would recommend Geek Squad !
