Went in thinking this was a walmart photo center, apparently that is not rhe case and they charged me 29.99 for each passport photo! During the moment i thought wow thats expensive but she already took the photos and said we had to pay,gk back and talk to today to find out they are not eve part of walmart!so dispointed and out $70 do not go here photos are not great and they dont disclose they charge way more then any other walmart because they are not actually walmart!

So dissapointed. There was only one person working. We waited for a really long time for our session. Once our session was over we had to wait even longer while she helped other people. They need more people working. The pictures were awful. People looking away or not smiling.. She should have noticed this and helped our family. I payed with myGroupon but they still tried to charge me because they couldnt find the code in their system. Just an awful experience.

The photos were actually pretty nice. But the customer service AWFUL and extremely frustrating. Poor communication, UNRELENTING PUSHY SALES, not listening to what I asked to purchase even though I was very clear about it, and wasting my time trying to sell me expensive package on three separate occasions. :( This was the most frustrating retail experience I can remember ever. We missed my daughter's school photo day and wanted to get a simple portrait photo to send to family: a single, simple, shoulders up, school style photo. DAY 1: we waited nearly 30 minutes in line. I understand that the woman who works there is alone and was multi-tasking. She didn't acknowledge us until it was our turn, which after half an hour of waiting was about ten minutes before closing. I told her we wanted to do a single, shoulders up portrait like school pictures since we missed ours at school. She told me they were closing in 10 minutes. I said that's fine, could she please take the photo? She kept repeating herself that they were closing in 10 minutes. Finally since she was being indirect I asked her, "Does that mean you will not take the photo today? I thought you did drop-in photos" She told me you can do drop-in or schedule an appointment, but drop-in only if she has time. DAY 2: we came back another day in the early afternoon and again waited in line at the desk for portrait photography. After about 20 minutes helping the person directly in front of us, I expected to be helped, or at least greeted. Instead she walked past us to a separate counter in the front of the store. I asked her if she saw us and she said she was helping this other woman with her passport photo. Her tone was brusk, defensive, irritated. FINALLY we got to do our session. Again I clearly expressed what we wanted: a SINGLE picture, SHOULDERS UP, like a SCHOOL PICTURE. Instead she did a long session with lots of different poses. Then she proceeded to spend another 10 minutes going through and editing them with different frames, b&w, etc. Playing with them, like I might do myself on Instagram. We purchased a package for about $25 that came with one large, two medium and a number of smaller wallet size photos. After looking through them she told me I could only choose one. SO FRUSTRATING and a HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME. I had already told her what I wanted and instead she was putting together a package to try to sell me. She proceeded to show me offers that were around $100 package deals and tell me how much I would be saving. *sigh* I asked if I could order them online later - only if I paid $10 to access them digitally. What a racket. She only then told me that THEY OWN THE COPYRIGHT to my daughter's photo. Pardon? Shouldn't I have signed something to grant them that right? Anyway, needless to say the customer service was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Finally we ordered the original package I had come in for. The photo was actually decent but the customer service was HORRIBLE and the pushy sales approach unrelenting. She told me they would be done in a specific amount of days (I forget now, but it was a Wednesday) DAY 3: I called to ask if photos were done on the day she said they would be ready. She said no, probably later that week. Why? Because it was an approximate date, not a specific date, although thats not what she had said originally *sigh* DAY 4: Friday 2 days later I got a call that photos were ready. Great! I came in and was handed an envelope. I see about 4 extra photos I did not order, of different poses. Whatever. They were nice photos. I started to walk out and she asks me if I want to purchase the photos. The photos I did not order, and if not I needed to return them. Seriously? What are they going to do with them? Throw them away? No, I did not want to purchase photos that I very clearly said I did not want to order. But I felt weird about leaving my family photos there.
