Rem was very professional and helpful, patient while I found obscure details and engaging as a service rep.

I bought an iPhone 7 from them got charged 100$ in hidden fees signed me up for a credit card which had a 25$ start up fee before you get to use it which I was unaware of they then wouldn't exchange my broken iPhone at the store they told me there's nothing they can do even though I had device protection. I than called rogers and they were very helpful with the switch of the phone. However I was still stuck with the 125$ fee as that was a discrepancy between me and the store. Rogers has been all around great however this store location has been brutal.

I was in Rogers Anchaster outlet today. There was some serious issues with my phone connection. Anyways, I did not get help on that issue. I asked for a new SIM card, these guys charged me $10.65!. I was in Rogers outlet in Mississauga on Saturday, . They issued me a new SIM card for free!. Not sure why they took money!. Just be careful.

Kevin at the Ancaster store is by far the best and most professional person I’ve ever dealt with at a mobile store, after years at Bell I decided to make the switch to Rogers because of Kevin. He was knowledgeable, insightful, respectful, and was straight forward. None of the typical run around you get from other Mobile stores. I had even checked out a few others Rogers stores while looking for a new plan before the COVID closures, and since then. If Kevin wasn’t working for you I would still be with Bell or another provider. This man knows his stuff, knows how to provide excellent service, and deserves a promotion. He should be leading your other representatives, they all lost my business but it was his transparency and assistance that lead me to take a leap with your company. I wish more of your reps were like him, unfortunately most were clearly trying to act like a sales person that they imagined in their head after watching a few too many movies. If you want to compete with Online sales and continue offering your customers REAL support and service, Kevin is the guy for the job.

I went into the store very overwhelmed with many questions today. I was greated by Kevin who was friendly and acknowledging multiple customers professionally. Kevin answered all my questions and had patience with me. He exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him for rogers support. Thank you Kevin for being honest and going out of your way to help me.

Short version: GO TO COSTCO AND SEE JOSE, instead of this store β€”- Brought my business to the Ancaster location because of good google reviews. Made a purchase (plan for a rocket hub) and the positive customer service reviews that I had read seemed accurate during that first encounter. Returned for a second purchase (new cell phone/new plan), and things went off the rails. The sales rep (Rem) sold a screen protector and case to my husband, however they were not compatible with each other (different brands). The fit of the Otterbox case caused a major bubble (over approx. 30% of the screen) on the glass protector. Further googling suggests this is a known issue and only some screen protectors are β€œcompatible” with Otterbox Defender cases. We returned to the store within 45 minutes of the purchase to have them resolve the β€œbubble” issue, and the sales rep acted very unprofessionally and blamed us for the issue. The bubble actually got bigger after one of the other sales reps tried to fix it. When the first sales rep (Rem) returned, he blamed us for β€œbreaking it”. I would accept a phone call apology, and a refund on the incompatible screen protector that we were sold. I doubt either thing will happen, so will leave this review to warn others instead. Was trying to avoid Costco during the pandemic, but I 100% recommend going to Costco and see Jose instead of dealing with these guys. There’s a reason this store isn’t very busy, and as a result of their lack of business, it seems like their margins are so slim they can’t stand behind a simple screen protector install. If you have a Costco membership, go see Jose and his crew.

Excellent service at this store from the manager himself (Dustin). The Rogers Customer Support team might be atrocious in headquarters but in the Ancaster store they go above and beyond to help you getting going and on road. Thanks a million folks.

I had reason to require assistance from the Rogers Ancaster store twice over the last week.... having been up there approximately a year or more before this week and treated horribly by a worker there I was so so happy to have met Dustin who is now working there. I was treated with professionalism and caring and being 78 I am unable to understand everything about the android phone. He never once made me feel silly and treated me with kindness and understanding. I highly recommend this young man if you have questions or require any assistance.
