AllCore has been great. Hardly any issues at all with our internet. If a problem occurs, the IT guys are fast and reliable on fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend them as they get the job done properly and are very pleasant to deal with.

Approached Allcore to replace or at least offer a consistent high speed internet service in our mainly seniors subdivision. Our current provider was very inconsistent with often very slow or inadequate speeds. Allcore was very eager to come into our area and offer the service we were looking for. After a few weeks of trying to get local residents on line with service, Allcore did a mass mail out to the surrounding are and apparently received a good response and we were told the project was a go. Many of us cancelled our current service in anticipation of Allcore coming to our area. After several weeks of delays with no real explanation, they pulled the plug and advised there was not enough interest to proceed leaving many of us scrambling and having to go with the more expensive and restrictive Xplornet. Allcore did little to help our cause other than coming to an association meeting. No additional marketing or assistance. Just backed out. We all feel that this was in poor taste and demonstrated a poor business ethic. We did the legwork and got nothing.

The worst company ever. Telling me the technician came by my house and never did when I was home all day. You would think to call and let me know he is on his way. So they only credited me back by email transfer of 59$ when they took $115 out of my credit card. They couldn't even put the $59 back on my credit card. Obviously I'm livid if I feel RIPPED OFF. So what the "manager" do? He hangs up because I'm apparently yelling at him. Ya I'm Yelling because your employee Fred had said that even he didn't know what was going on with my account. So I cancelled and now they are charging me when I had no internet over the holidays. I called on December 11, they said the technician wouΓ±d come on December 15, he never showed up so I cancelled on the 17. THEY CANT EVEN CONFIRM OR GIVE ME PROOF OF THE TECHNICIAN COMI G. This is so unfair. And one last thing don't forget to cancel your service because they don't have the decency to call and let you know that your service is still on after moving. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARBAGE COMPANY TO NO ONE.

Started off fine, decent staff, spoke to Fred C. Gave my info and discussed the options. Stated that Eastlink cable and Bell Dsl (which is what i have, and is a bit unreliable through VMedia) are really the only options. They said that based on the address, it should be fine. I paid for the installment, paid for the modem deposit. The modem arrived fairly quickly. The first date passed for the install, postponed about 5 days. 5 days later I received an email and a call stating that my address couldn't be provisioned. They asked that I call to discuss options. I did, they offered DSL ( again, it's not that reliable). I called to request a refund, and to have a credit for the return mailing of the router/modem. The dude on the phone thought that was "frankly absurd" to request a refund for the return postage cost. Hmm, I feel bad for their customers if that is how they are treated. TL;DR Great initially, but who ever I spoke with to terminate needs some work on their Customer Service skills

I used to recommend this company (back when it was CrazyHostGuy) to everyone who needed web hosting. I had a lot of problems in 2013 with email and website downtime, and little to no follow-up from customer care - very frustrating. The follow-up and response time from the technical support department has increased over the last few months, but I am still likely to switch hosts unless customer care improves significantly.

Edit - My first communication was December 5th not November like I had said or 29 days ago as you responded. I followed up and was receiving no answer. I replied on the ticket again just now so you can get your facts straight and stop posting inaccurate information. I've called several times in the past 2 weeks (review the calls) each time being told all would be done by end of day and I would have what's needed to give to our new provider. I was told we were waiting on manager approval to sign off. What your company has told me every time in the past 2 weeks you are now claiming is wrong and you need other information. Once you and your company figures out the correct process it would be nice to know. As each time I was told the same thing until today. Raising my voice in frustration because you did not listen to anything that I was saying about the last several calls I had made. You said that none of that was accurate and it did not happen. Again I asked you to review the calls and you said nothing. Then you decided to belittle me over the phone and also start yelling. I explained that all I wanted to know was the next step after many attempts of trying and being told nothing it would be done end of day. For someone who does not know about these things all I've done is ask what is needed and how because I had no idea. Still not received the email you claim to have sent. There is a reason your reviews are so low, we can't all be wrong! If I could review and give no stars I would. Terrible service, no clear communication, untruthful, threatened on the phone that I would be hung up on and that they will do nothing to transfernour domain name. Been given the runaround for months with no improvement. Loosing clients because they will not work with us. Paying customer to be treated horribly and not getting the service we are requesting. Our organization is loosing out terribly. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The rudeness of the manager was unacceptable and said all my details of prior calls were false. When asking him to review the calls as they are to be recorded he didn't answer. When I said I've received no email he spit out dates they were sent, when I asked him to read them to me he said he didn't have them in front of him. He then said that they were sent on specific dates again and when I asked what email he said whatever is on file and would not name the email address. This company is full of lies and just yells at you on the phone for asking questions and not understanding technical terms. When asking for him to explain he laughs and says I just told you. This has been a constant battle since November 2017 we are now in February 2018 with very little progress. Run far away from this company!!!

Very unprofessional phone etiquette inquired about their services. Technical support shut me out and did not give me appropriate information. Don't do business with them. It will save you a lot of headache and money!

I ordered a reseller hosting package on the 28th of April, 2019. It is now 29 May and my package is still "pending". I have attempted many times to call their billing department to no avail. Every time I wait on the line but after 25 minutes it cuts you off and tells you to call another time. I have done this 4 times. Then, when I call Tech Support, I keep getting the same guy, day or night, who always assures me it will get sorted. This company is very shady and I would advise you all to not purchase any services from them.
