Was welcoming and although you could sense the rush in store duento the sales,the staff made sure to take the time and provide me with details and assured me about my purchase. Very satisfied, thanks to the staff.

Max provided great customer service. Helped me setup my rogers app on my phone. I would recommend Max for all rogers customers.

Store is clean and welcoming. The staff are great and better than any other location. The staff at this store do everything to ensure you as the customer are taken care of. All new staff here and all are fantastic. I'd suggest taking advantage of the Rogers MasterCard if you can when you go in. It earns you money back to pay your bill put it towards new devices etc. Enjoy this store. They're great to you and deserve the same back for sure

Great service. Went above and beyond my expectations. Really took their time to customize my plan and gave me the best possible options. Have been going there for the last 5 years and have never been disappointed.

Horrible customer service they just hung up on me post they made a mistake and did not add applecare to my account and now want me to come back to the store in a middle of a lockdown. She also before hanging up on me said I could call customer service well I was on the phone with customer service and they could do nothing either. Asked if she would like to talk to customer service to correct her error and she said no come in the store that is your only option I am not talking to anyone. I live 30 minutes from this location I said to her not to mention the lockdown and all I get is click!! One mistake after another do not go into this store ever...horrific service.

Painful customer service. Hours on the phone and never any resolution. Asked to cancel service and was transferred to another department where the line cut to static. NHL live subscription is paid for but won't work..just the latest of many issues with rogers. Their suggestion is to pay for it again with a new email address which I declined so I'm stuck with no service and out of pocket.

Dustin (manager I think) helped me EXPERTLY with adding a new sim card to a back-up phone. FANTASTIC service, friendly and helpful. Thanks Dustin for making what could have been a painful experience, just fine. I hope when we need something there again, people will be as good as you.
