However I recently needed to make a return and I thought this would be possible as the website states, “Qualifying items purchased from any Talize store are eligible for a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.” I was only offered a store credit in store which is disappointing and not what was promised.

B	Berna Aslan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had big five begs of donation. We took the three of them to the store. They were heavy and big bags so we couldnt use the donation box outside. A staff member aggressively took the begs from us while lecturing us that they were not accepting in-store donations for 2 years. We left the store speecless and decided to donate the other to bags somewhere else. We think the lady treating us rudely was one of managers. We came this location several times and never treated like this before by the staff.

Today I was donating a large bag and the terrible energy and aura of the staff member at the drop off at the front of the store was obvious she hates people and her job. I politely asked for her helped since I have a back injury. She stormed over, aggressively snatched the bag out of my hands and stomped back inside. No thank you for my times, and no $5 coupon was offered. This is now the 2nd time I have had to place a complaint. I contacted the store manager and her attitude was just as bad as the 1st one. She had the same attitude as the 1st one, so I ended the call and told them I would never shop or donate there again. This service is unacceptable!!!! I am urging head office to investigate the management , staffing, and service at this location.
