Awful service, they put rookies in charge, they had 15 people waiting for 1.5 hrs. Honestly, better to go just outside the store to the Bell booth!

I've been there twice in the last week helping people upgrade their phones and it's really appalling how bad the customer service is and how Rogers has managed to continually gouge people with their lack of flexible plans.

Nothing against rogers, and not all the staff is bad, but there is one or two staff members who are male that completely make you hate your life being there. They are in the worse mood, ready to fight with you before you take a seat. When you ask for offers, plan or phone upgrades they give prices nearly 2x than Rogers.ca does directly. They don't want to help you & seem to be in a supervisory position. Its a shame that 1 or 2 people can ruin a new rogers location like this for everyone.

I went to this store to exchange the accessories, the staff Don was so rude and loud to say I’d exchanged many times, actually this was my first time to exchange the accessories. On that time the staff and the customers were looking at me, I felt very uncomfortable. Last time I came to this store one of the staff Aaron was so patience and explained very detail which items I can get it and said if I didn’t open the items and I can exchange it. This time I wanted to exchange the Beet headphone. Don said that the headphone was very expensive I need to add more money; I then responded to him that I realized I need to put more money on it. Don said this Beet headphone was not good. It seemed that he doesn’t want to exchange it for me. Don was not a friendly staff, I would not recommend anyone to go to this store.

I was there last month with my mom and brother. Kylie and Lauren were beyond helpful and did a great job pointing us in the right direction and find what we were looking for. Overall the service was wonderful and they made it a pleasant and easy experience!

Not going to lie, I’ve had bad experiences here in the past with Rogers in general and the past employees that were here years ago BUT tonight I had a great experience with one of the reps Aaron that hooked me up with what I needed and at a solid price. Definitely recommend this service, very informative and clear and make sure you understand what you’re signing and go through the contract with you. I don’t leave reviews ever on places, this one really stuck out for me :)

Terrible service. I walked in and it was almost completely empty. One Rogers employee was serving a couple and that's it. The other Rogers employee wasn't even serving anyone. No one welcomed me, no one told me where to wait, no one told me to sign in or check in. After waiting for 15 minutes no one even looked at me or said anything or acknowledged my presence at all. There weren't any other clients there. After while I realized that it was better for me to take my money elsewhere.

Kylie and Lauren are AWESOME!!! My dad needed a new phone a few weeks ago and Kylie went above and beyond to help him out and get him set up. When it was my turn for an upgrade, I was thrilled when I got to the store and saw Kylie and Lauren again. They are both super helpful, knowledgeable and fun!
