CPR Cell Phone Repair Winnipeg

Had to return 3 times same problem. Had to pay for a screen that was not obviously installed properly that kept popping out on the phone. Kept telling me that phone was dropped and damaged and therefore not warranty when phone was never dropped. Don’t recommend this place. Won’t go back.

They stole my console and used it for parts. I tried getting a console fixed there, they kept telling me they couldn’t fix it and also wouldn’t give the console back because it was taken apart. After numerous phone calls went nowhere, life got busy for a while and I stopped calling for a few months. when I last called they said they had it in the “parts bin” and they would try to put it back together. Not once did I ever receive a call from them. I called again a week later and it was the same story “oh the technician that is working on your console isn’t here today, call again in a week” Oh well, cutting my losses and leaving this review, hoping it helps someone else.

Worst service imaginable. Truly shocked how bad it is. Had to call 10 times over 10 months to find out my device still hasn’t been repaired but they still think they can get it working. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible customer service. Known problem with Google Pixels screens. They fixed the screen twice and charged me. Wont warranty it. Broke a 3rd time. They told me its a known issue with the screens but never informed me from the beginning. $500+ later and still a broken screen. Do NOT recommend.

In my years of fixing phone i have never met a worse place, screen broke they said they could get it fixed on Monday and made me pay, went mMonday they said they needed Tuesday said if they couldn't they will give me a full refund and after that they couldn't fix it and took 44 bucks for workmanship lol and gave me the phone the same, i advice even on your dead bed don't go here

DO NOT TAKE YOUR WARRANTY PHONE HERE!!! ESPECIALLY SAMSUNG!! It will no longer be water rated and it will have cheap parts not approved by SAMSUNG or any device for that matter... They do not repair your device with SAMSUNG OEM parts. Or have a certified vacuum test to confirm the water seal..They use ONLY the cheapest parts available. And slap them on the close your claim as fast as possible. I had my phone "repaired" by them. With in an hour I noticed the back glass of the phone didn't fit properly and was failing off. I also noticed it no longer said SAMSUNG on the back. (Because it was a $5 knock off) When I called to question their install I learned the also don't vacuum test the phone to confirm its water seal like it had when I purchased the phone with its water resistant rating for $2000. After I voiced my concerns the kid realized he was busted and said he didn't appreciate my questions and actually hung up on me. SO.. if you have a claim through Roger's like I did you can not take to to these scam artists. Send it back to bright star to receive a proper SAMSUNG service pack installation with a vacuum seal to restore the integrity of your phone. Or demand to go to a certified repair shop like mobile klinik that can provide recertification of the water seal. Roger's and brightstar do not know they are not equipped to work on water proof SAMSUNG phones I'm sure there will be a lawsuit brought against them shortly as I made a formal complaint and they seemed genuinely concerned. Roger's/ brightstar fixed my phone properly and have seen what these guys are doing. Iv attached a photo of my cracked phone without the Samsung badge. (It cracked by trying to push the back piece back on after noticed it was falling off within an hour of the "so called repair") And to the left is the refurbished phone from Roger's vacuum sealed to its original ip68 water resistant with original Samsung parts. I AM WARNING YOU!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!! WARRANTY OR NOT!! THEY WILL DESTROY IT!!

After having my phone fall with me in a puddle, they were able to repair my phone and return it to me in under 24 hours. Great Customer Service! Thank you!

Great service on a iPhone battery change. They did it right away in about 30 minutes at the end of the day. The customer service rep is very pleasant and helpful. Will be back in the future. Thank you!!
