They fixed her phone in no time at all, and even helped fixed some issues I was having with my device! Will definitely come back if we have any issues with our phones in the future, great service!

Made some recommendations and answered more questions. When asked how much I owed, he declined anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Samsung phone there to get repaired on a Brightstar (Rogers) warranty. All I had to do was give them my claim number number they checked for parts and were able to do it same day. I didn't make an appointment and had my phone repaired within 2 hours. Everything worked great and the staff were super friendly to work with.

Rhys was absolutely fantastic in customer service and knowledge and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. He went beyond that point with his patience and kindness and I never felt I was being rushed out.He took his time with my problems and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.
