J	James H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got a ring sent away to get cleaned, resized, and prongs fixed on January 10th. My understanding was that I would be able to have it back by February 14th for obvious reasons. However after not receiving any phone calls I waited another week and then finally went to the store on the 27th to hear that they in fact have had my ring for awhile and never bothered to call me. Just overall disappointed in the service though the ring came back looking good.
s	sam samo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously, must of the customers here didn't grant you more than one star because of so many reasons, disrespecting, ignoring, insulting, and humiliatingly clients, giving them the worst shopping experience possible, regardless the bad products quality comparing to the high prices.. These all are because of the sources..When you as a company hiring non correct individuals in non correct positions what more you could expect ? when you have the worst managers with the worst demonstrated working history , who got kicked out of their previous jobs to be hired in your team as superiors, shop managers, and regional managers with ZERO JEWELRY INDUSTRY SKILLS and backgrounds, as many of them used to be waitresses or insurance sellers, or came from telecommunication backgrounds to participate and become the main reason in these creative chaos , again what else you could expect ?! solve the sources first so you'll have it all solved..
N	Nefertiti Bergen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I do not recommend the products with Michael Hill if you are shopping for a wedding band or especially engagement ring. Even though the prices are cheaper and I love my wedding band. The warranty we purchased for the wedding band has a lot of hidden claws such as one ring sizing and rhodium plating per year. Peoples and Appelts has a much better warranty. As well as I was told I could solder my engagement ring that was from peoples with the wedding band from Michael hill without it affecting my warranty, but then I told the sales lady I was going to have peoples do it, she told me it would void my additional warranty that I already purchased. Much simpler process with no head aces dealing with the other jewellers.

A	Angel PG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What amazing staff! It was my daughter's anniversary and her husband called ahead of time to let them know I was coming in to get a necklace on his behalf. They were expecting me and went over all details of the necklace that was picked out. The store was very clean, merchandise was clear to see and many beautiful jewelry items to choose from. The staff even agreed with one of my suggestions to not ask such personal questions in public where other customers can hear your answers. This is not the only store who does this but inviting to know they agreed and would find a solution.

a	ashlin kare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told it would take 4 business days for a resize and it took 2 weeks!! i called multiple times asking about it (first call was a week after i dropped it off, giving them a few extra days) Very disappointed with the service from your obviously unknowledgeable staff. Sad thing is, im not the first this has happened to, you can read previous reviews which the company chooses to ignore! Wont be bringing my service back to your unprofessional staff who like to gossip about their weekend out and dance in place while customers are waiting to be helped!
