β β β β β Came here today to return my ring not even 20 days old that has been chipped and bent from regular wear they wouldn't even talk to me without the recipt papers which I had on my email. Went to Kildonan place and got treated much better.

β β β β β I noticed that one of the smaller diamonds was missing from my engagement ring (this is the second time it's happened), so I went to Peoples Jewellers at St. Vital Centre. The woman helping me was very kind, professional, and knowledgable. She told me the claw had completely come off due to being hit, to which I responded with my promise to be more aware of my surroundings. However, she was not judgmental about it at all, reassuring me that it could be the slightest thing that would've caused the diamond to fall out. I felt taken care of, and I would definitely return to this location for any future ring needs.

β β β β β Horrible customer service and ignorant staff. I had gone to the store today in St Vital mall for a couple of reasons..one was to get my battery on my watch replaced and 2 to look for a 20th anniversary gift for my husband. There were 2 sales ladies that were with customers so I waited patiently.
Both of them did not acknowledge me even after they saw me waiting...not even a hello or we will help you after...greeting. One of them was done but didn't come to see me but instead was behind the counter typing on her tablet. A young fellow came out from behind the employee door and just stood there...at this point I was outgrowing my patience and was about to leave. I had waited for almost half an hour...the lady that was done told the fellow to come talk to me. He told me that they don't replace batteries any more due to covid..which is understandable....BUT TO make a customer wait Iike that without a single welcome to the store greeting or an acknowledgement is horrible customer service. Your staff needs more training on proper etiquette especially the 2 ladies that were working there. I won't be recommending People's to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere. They should treat customers right and not judge based on appearances

Prices are the same as any high end place you'll go. Worth the visit.

β β β β β One of the best jewelry store in the city. Prices of the jewelry are a bit higher than some other stores in St. Vital shopping mall without any discount. Always ask for a discount, you might be lucky. Also keep an eye on their email discount. Sales associates are very friendly and helpful.

β β β β β Every time I visit the Peoples at St. Vital mall location I get exceptional service. Iβm a very picky jewelry person so being able to go into work his store and being given the respect and service that is up to my standard is beyond appreciated. Their selection is wonderful and my purchase of a gorgeous Vera Wang ring is an incredible addition to my collection. I will be back!!!

β β β β β I went to peoples jewellers in the St. Vital mall today looking for a diamond ring with my girlfriend. After walking in I was not immediately helped which is fine, but after five minutes of walking around the display cases no one came to assist us or even acknowledge that we were there, even know we were the only customers in the store. I then left and went to Ben Moss where I was immediately greeted and helped out. I was happy to give them my business in purchasing the white gold diamond ring that we were looking for.
