The people who do the piercing did a horrible job piercing my daughters ears,she bent the earing when she pierced her ears,and we tried to change it ,and it won't come out ,and she said to take her to the doctor to remove it because ofthem bending the earing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very bad experience in st vital claires, Due to its proximity to my house, I went there 4 times for my baby’s ear piercing, 1st time they said they don’t have baby solution, it will be back in a week, When I went there again, they said that they do not do it an hour before the store closes, the third time i went there they said the person is not available today who do this,the forth time i went there They said wait for an hour our person is busy , after waiting for an hour my daughter was in a very bad mood, she is 18 months old obviously she was fed up in the store, I was disappointed again because of their bad services.

Went there about 6:50pm and the sales refused to do the piercing for my girl and I ask to see the options so we can come back another day turns out ignore us.
Poor service
Seems don’t want to work or even talk to people
Not recommend and will never come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went this afternoon to get my daughters ears pieced and was extremely happy with the service and job they did. The area was clean and the employee, Zeinah did a great job with my daughter and was super professional! They did both ears at once which was a little shock to my poor little one but a much easier process then if we did one at a time! Great Suggestion! She also took their time with placement and ensured that I was happy with everything before anything happened.
