★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store today with my daughter, it's her birthday and she was spending her birthday money. She had picked out 4 pairs of jeans and 2 sweaters. We stood at the back of the store at the change rooms waiting for someone to open one of the rooms for us and no luck. The staff were standing there looking at us it no one was coming to open the fitting room. I angrily went up to the checkout and stuck all the clothes on the counter and we walked out. We will stick to Bluenotes and Ardenes where we at least get service!

The cashier was so rude to me and my family and refused to give her name because we wanted complain the manager. when we asked for her manager she said she is the manager but she was actually not and she kept lying to us that she is manager. she kept ignoring/ insulting me the whole time. i shop from here a lot and i don’t think i will be doing it because of poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience at this place. The staff members were very rude and abusive to the customer. The general colleague called him a manager and he misled people. They don't even wear name tags so customers don't recognize them personally and they insult them. Is this a good customer service? Is it right to make such serious mistakes and no one recognizes them? Who can give them such power? After all these situations the staff members at least did not apologize to the customer and one member of the staff made fun of the customer. Isn't this a shame for the Stitches Company and their staff? If so, please provide customer service training at Stitch's location at St. Vital Center. So that such misconduct does not happen with other customer
