★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Customer Service! that's what happens when punch of kids are working together. Came in the other day and there were 3 employees working, one being The Store Manager. All standing at the cash desk and talking about non work related stuff and didn't even bother themselves to ask if I needed help or anything! The Store manager left the store after few min and went stood outside talking to the phone guys(Koodo) for like 15-20min! Maybe The District manager should visit their stores more often. Having Store manager like her running that store is sad !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking residence address and other details of the customers as a mandatory part of the return or exchange policy is really a concern for information breach. I was not welcomed after asking to talk to the store manager regarding this concern. Definitely I will avoid west 49 for next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. If I could give no stars I would . My husband and I seen scooters in the window on sale so we went in to look. The sales associates were merchandising and didn't bother to stop to see if we needed any help, which was fine to us until we were give extreme attitude from one of the female staff members. My husband pulled one of the scooters out from the window display and the female staff then came over and said not to pull them out, that's what staff are for and just kept going on and on and shaking her head like she was bothered. She pulled out another scooter my husband asked for and didn't even let us look at and took it to the register. I knew my daughter wouldn't like the color so I peeked my head around to look at the other and she comes back and says in a demeaning way "ummm I don't mean to be rude, but, you can't just go and look in the window display". I said ok, I guess you don't want to sell any of these then and she replied, "well....I guess not." I was in absolute disbelief we were treated like that then in a condescending tone told us to have a nice day as we left. I will never, ever give any of my money to this store. Horrible staff member, terrible manners, extremely poor customer service. She should work in the back and out of public eye with that kind of ignorance. It's sad and disgusting, but I think she was the manager or assistant manager.
