★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this place has amazing clothing. It's the only place I buy pants now. And the prices are actually pretty reasonable. The only issue I have with it, is some of the staff. Most of them are great and super helpful, but I'm in a wheelchair and every now and then, the customer service reps will be distracted. Talking to each other, asking everyone BUT me If any help is needed. While I'm banging into stuff left and right because it's a little crowded. There's one woman who works there that literally moves displays for me. Which I really appreciate, and I always make sure to buy a couple things when a store is kind and compassionate. Honestly the first time I went in there, I had my eye on a 250 dollar blazer. I did not buy it because nobody offered me any assistance or even acknowledged my presence. Which sort of made my heart sink. But as I said, some of the staff is wonderful. If someone is willing to make my shopping experience comfortable and not humiliating, I'll almost ALWAYS purchase something. I did end up buying a different blazer the second time around. Because the same woman who moved the displays, showed me kindness. And I appreciate that. So all in all, I give them a 3 out of 5. I would give them a 4 for selection and value, and a 2 for customer service. With the exception of the one woman, and a man there who sold me my first pair of pants that actually fit. So I say to all able bodied people, go shop there. You'll be fine. Those who have mobility issues, try to get in on a day where there's a super cute tall guy in burgundy jeggings, or the really pretty lady with the long dirty blonde hair. Either way you'll find some good stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many sales at RW&CO which makes the Mens Clothing a great value. Shirts have a few different cuts which makes finding more of a tailored fit quite easy. Have purchased a handful of pants and they have all felt and fit very good. Staff is very friendly and willing to help you find the right fit. Good clothing at a great value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to do last minute shopping for an event and the terrible customer service I received at the Bay made me look elsewhere and happen to notice this shop while I was on my way to another store. The staff in here not only approached me in a friendly respectable manner, they went beyond my expectations, used measuring tape and looked up on their ipad for the clothes I was seeking. Professionalism at it's best at this location. Strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy staff. Unfriendly. Despite online saying they had stock the « helper » couldn’t find any. The good news - she didn’t seem concerned lol. This was the St Vital location. Polo Park was completely the opposite. Unbelievably good.
