★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harley is extremely rude and needs to be fired immediately if this store wants to make any sales, a friend and I came in today and he kicked her out of the store for hiccuping and said it’s offensive and that we had to leave, the store lost two sales because we were actually going in to buy something , extremely rude , unprofessional , and disgusting. People can’t help hiccuping just like they can’t help breathing, HIS NAME WAS HARELY TO BE EXACT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping with my husband a few weeks ago and I was unimpressed with my entire visit. There was a worker who was swearing out loud and calling an employee unprofessional names. I believe his name is Harley speaking. I would NEVER recommend anyone to shop here. He was rude to a customer and gave terrible service to my husband and I. I’m disappointed about the presentation of the store as well, it was dirty and there were shoes scattered on the floor. Never coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in a while ago, had a bad experience with i believe to be the manager Harley. He was super rude to my family and I and was very uninterested in helping us. Very unprofessional. Ended up just leaving. Came in a few days ago and a girl named Kat helped us. She was so nice an so friendly to us, my daughter loves her name and she and my daughter bonded over their love for cats and animals. She made our daughter (and our) day. Definitely will be coming back for Kat and Kat only. She really turned the previous bad experience around for us. Such a nice and friendly girl.
