★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Spring / Summer clothes. I don't appreciate being asked for my email address as if it required for a purchase. Then the postal code then your name. I just wanted to make a purchase. Next time I go somewhere that allows me to simply make a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work at a Reitmans, and I know all about the email thing it's annoying trust me I just want to buy my item. I don't shop their as frequently as I used and so the benefits you get from signing up aren't worth it for me. And I that it's annoying when people try to return items without a recpiet and aren't in the system. So as someone who used to work and shop their a lot I know my size and I don't usually return my items. So when the lady at the till asked me for my information all I said was don't worry about I don't plan on returnimg this item she gave me the dirtiest look ever and rolled her eyes. That was not necessary or called for. I know sometimes working in retail can be frustrating but rolling your eyes at me is not okay. I won't be returning to this Reitmans that's for sure.
Being rude to a customer is never called for just because they don't want to give their information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Item out for delivery since Dec 6. Called in January 4th for the third time to find out that Reitmans canceled the order on December 28. I was not advised at all about this and still haven't got my money back. Of the 3 items I ordered, only 1 item is still available. If I want it, I have to pay upfront for it (and they will price match the difference I paid in November with a refund!!!!) Seeing as I still haven't got refunded on the first order, how likely would I want to go through this again. Horrible service from top to bottom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received 2 sweaters for my birthday from my son in Edmonton —I already had a grey sweater so i took both in to exchange for different colours—I had a gift receipt to do an exchange —my son was assured that I just needed the gift receipt and I could exchange them if they didn't fit or I wanted a different one—the sales person accused me of stealing the 2 sweaters and finding a gift receipt and trying to bring them back —I called the head office to complain about the way I was treated and they said their staff handled this correctly. So guess where I DON’T shop anymore. How I had a gift receipt from Edmonton for the 2 sweaters and was returning the ones that were on the receipt in Winnipeg is really interesting. I just want to say thanks for GREAT customer service. I am really surprised with staff like this that you are still in business—but there are a lot of other stores with better quality clothes than Reitmans out there.
