★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Sales associates statements do not match at all. One says item can be returned within 30 days. And when you go the very next day, they say sorry we cannot do that. Makes no sense at all. Will never go to store again.

2 times now I have been there and the staff proceed to server people that came into the store after me. They really need to work on a better system during the holidays. The store is not built for the type of business they do during the holidays.
Service after the holidays and before the holidays is great. I have always had a great experience through the year.
They usually have what I want in stock but occasionally they don’t and this is to be expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fae just ruined the entire Pandora experience for me - she was very aloof, and the least bit helpful in anything. She acted like I did her wrong from the get go and made the entire time uncomfortable and awkward as I just wanted to purchase something nice after a long day at work. Like I owed her for grabbing charms I wanted to see. Mind you, it was not busy at all. Was just me and one other customer.
Regardless, I chose to be nice to her despite her poor behaviour and I still made a big purchase. I shouldn't have honestly. Will never shop here again, not like it will matter to management or this brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this place 3 stars...I come in here to look for some bracelets and everything very beautiful and I don't complain about the quality. But the service I got was not good. There was 2 young ladies helping us but they were not very nice! I understand I do not know much about Pandora and I only shop here sometimes and other stores in Saint vital but the way they were speaking to me, it was like they did not want to help us and at first maybe it was because my husband and I...our English is not good. But they made me feel uncomfortable. On my receipt it says Jennifer V. I could not tell who was who since there was another short hair blond lady helping me too. When I finish looking and my husband got my bracelet the blond lady was nice to me when we leave but the other girl was still rude to me. I like everything here but I don't like how this happened, please more respect
