I recently purchased complete eyewear for 3 members of my family and the service was friendly, helpful and professional.
We were first greeted by Amanda.
Although our work hours prevented us from coming at the same time, she scheduled us individually and took the time to help us all, with our personal requirements.
Upon pick up ( again all on different days ), we were greeted by Moira, and with her friendly attitude, made sure our glasses fit perfectly.
She went over and above what I expected as a customer and I thank her for that.
Finally, an acknowledgment to Jaime ( store manager ) who personally thanked us for the business.
Well done everyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to LensCrafters (St. Vital location) for years and they have a great selection of glasses! Their staff are always helpful and really try make the process easier. Moira is an absolute gem and so easy and fun to work with. She always had a smile on her face and was very patient with my parents and myself no matter how busy she was. She gave her opinion but was not pushy and it’s evident she had a passion for her job. Definitely a place that cares more about making people happy and comfortable rather than just trying to make money.

Luckily the manager, Jaime had some terrific choices and styles that made me feel confident and look my best! It’s always nice when a manager takes the time to help give you insight and their opinion. I appreciate the clarity you provided answering all my questions and making me feel like a valued customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lori was very professional and went above and beyond with helping me choose the frames and lenses which fits my needs. Was very honest which I loved. Most importantly, she did not give me that sales person vibe who likes to push someone to buy something.
The doctor who examined my eyes was very professional and detail oriented with explaining everything.

She guided me through the different benefits and had my best interest at heart to help me determine what was best for me. Lori made my frame shopping experience easy and enjoyable! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a person who has avoided large optical businesses for many years, I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had getting new pairs of glasses!
All of the staff were great help, from giving me a great recommendation on a Vogue frame (which I ended up purchasing as they were perfect!) to going above and beyond by switching the arms on my two MK Caracas frames that I purchased per my request for the unique look.
Thank you LC St Vital, you guys are an amazing team. 5 stars across the board!

I already had a specific frame in mind when I walked into the store (and was glad they had it in stock), but Lori quickly helped me in deciding on the colour and lenses, and made sure I got any applicable discounts. I somehow managed to forget to bring my eye prescription with me and she patiently waited for my optometrist to fax it over. Never felt any pressure to buy. Very happy dealing with Lori. Can't wait to get my new glasses in!

She is so friendly, personable, and was very honest when helping me to select my new glasses. I hadn’t seen her in over a year and I was very impressed that she remembered me. She was very professional and made me feel so comfortable with my decision. Moira helped with the paper work and payment. She was very efficient, helpful, and friendly. I recommend the St Vital (Winnipeg, MB; Canada) LensCrafters to all my friends.
